Excellent customer service provided by Philip who assisted me with the correct coolant purchase, in addition to adding it to my engine for me. I was feeling helpless when my rental car alerted me that my vehicle would overheat due to a lack of coolant. I walked in there and Philip took care of the entire situation for me. He is a true asset to your company. I will remain grateful for his kindness and knowledge!

I live nearby, so I have gone to this store countless times. But today I had a fantastic experience. My brake stop broke, and the one I originally purchased did not fit because the standard was a different size than what was on my car. The cashier, Bryan, took the time to help me make sure there was no way it could be put on, then helped me find bolts that would work as a good substitute, while letting me return the now open brake stop that did not fit.I've always gone to this place before, but this time made sure I always will again.

Product stocked in wrong spot, after that they changed price say it was from a different part that is showing in stock but wasn’t. Very rude and manger don’t come out but talk from back. Should be shut down.

You couldn't ask for better service in my book you get five stars they helped me out when I needed it. to help me when i didn'thave the tools to complete the job that I set out to do on my car but they helped me out I had one employee actually let me bother her personal set of tools so you don't have a lot of people that are do that so I mean I'm happy well please.

Was here with my girlfriend to get her battery checked after it died. We got that done, but when we went to get it running, it had frozen up. Turned out the ignition had probably been blown, but the staff was very helpful in trying to get what we thought was the power steering unlocked.
