Had to have my EV towed from Demopolis to Tuscaloosa to a super charger, not only was BRAD nice and funny, but he also helped unlock my car, and waited while it charged. My phone was almost dead, and he didn't leave until he made sure I was ready to get back on the road. This is at 2am. I will never forget meeting such an awesome person! Also Lori, I tipped 50.00 of the final bill :). I will be recommending your service to everyone in Tuscaloosa! I will also recommend they request Brad! Thank yall so much!!!!!

My vehicle was towed from a friends apartment with no posted signage illegally. In addition to this whoever they have awnsering their phone refused to give me an exact time of when my vechile was towed, I assume is not the first time and is to try and screw the consumer into paying more storage fees (I called multiple different times at different hours and days hoping to get a different person who would just tell me the time it was towed). Additionally they charged me a 199 dollars fee to release my vehicle yet according to the city of Tuscaloosa code of ordinance there is a cap limit set to 190, and also they want to charge me a 79.99 “after hours” fee yet once again according to the city’s code Of ordinance there has been a cap limit set at 35 for said such fee. I have disputed this with the city of Tuscaloosa and look forward to seeing them in court
