Their layout sux there are no instructions for the where to drop the cans or where the pay window is located. The pay window is at the entrance and the metal drop off is around back. I won't go back.

The man on the loader was yelling and was very rude, we took a bucket over half full of copper that we weighed at 27 lbs their scales weighed it at 13 lbs. The guys around in the aluminum department were snatching the aluminum from the truck and were less than friendly, and to top it all off the lady at the register told me she could not pay me because my license was over 4 years old not expired too old, and they are only 2 years old they say issued 2010 and at the bottom they say replaced 2015, needless to say I will not be going back, i hear the people at Timersons are nice respectable people and I believe I will try them next time.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. The lady behind the mirrored glass wasn't friendly and failed to explain the procedure to new customers. After my experience, I now understand why the place was vacant. Scrap metal there was .04 cents per lb. I was expecting .09, so I was shocked! I would strongly advise all to stay clear of this place and take your business to Temerson. I've never had a problem with Temerson & Sons. They are very straight forward, professional, and you don't have to deal with rude people behind the glass.

I tried to tell my husband to go to Liberty Recycling Center but of course he wouldn't listen. We had a Huge truck of metal & we pulled up to a vacant place & had to go in to get someone to help us. We pulled on to the scale & then were directed toward a huge magnet where someone was SUPPOSED TO unload the truck bed. But nope, this fool said he isn't even allowed to operate the machinery, & my poor husband had to get in the bed of the truck & unload every bit of it by hand. Oh well, lesson learned. Won't ever go back there again.

People were rude, didn't give instructions as to their procedures. Was yelled at twice by obviously disgruntled employees. Got half of what Liberty would pay per pound. Will never go back. -negative stars

Extremely rude. Cut my price in half for cleaning off my trailer into a garbage can. Seen another customer in argument while I was waiting and now understand why.
