This is locally owned; service was top notch. They have decades worth of experience, I felt taken care of, they even topped off my liquids. I am impressed how smooth the process was. Cost was very reasonable. My truck is running smooth once again.

My 2010 Camry had a head gasket oil leak. After a couple of estimates I decided on this shop due to the reasonable price. I dropped my car off on Monday at the beginning of October. Four days later I received a call that my car was ready. I picked up my car Thursday evening, after getting home I heard a ticking sound. I thought maybe my car needed to warm up but the next morning after letting the car run for a little bit the ticking didn’t go away AND there was oil leaking. Friday took it back to the shop and the mechanic tightened something. I was told to drive the car to see if ticking would correct itself. Now it’s Saturday, drove the car as suggested but ticking did not go away then I noticed the car was still leaking oil.<br>Took the car back on Monday, was called to pick it up on Thursday, still ticking and leaking oil. Took the car back the following week, they had it for a few days then called me to pick it up. I get the car and it’s still leaking and ticking. I was then told Toyota’s are known for a ticking to start out of the blue and they didn’t know what to do. The owner told my husband he spent a lot of time and money already but wanted to make it right because my car was quiet when I took the car to them originally. FYI- I’m the one without a car AND out of almost 4K! Took my car back for the third time. This time they had my car for almost three weeks researching the problem and waiting for parts. Third week of November I finally receive a call that my car was ready. Husband picks up the car, stop to get gas, car won’t start. Car has to be jumped, thank you to the random man at Costco! Car is in the garage while out of town, come back and car won’t start AGAIN. My husband jumped the car and back to the shop my car went. Two days later they call me to pick up my car. After two months of them working on my car they finally fixed the oil leak but the ticking is still there. I rated my experience one star because the price was reasonable and they TRIED to make it right but in the end my car sounds worse than when I first took it in. This I the worst experience I’ve ever had. Hindsight… cheaper is not always better, you get what you pay for!

I had a used motor installed. There was a small knock to it. He took the truck back and replaced all the pistons for no charge. He said he wanted to make it right. And he did. Thanks Mike
