I ordered a Sequoia driver's side mirror from a 2002 Limited version that was shipped to me and talked to Lorenzo who made sure this year plug fit my year of 2004. I got one from North Carolina shipped to me from a 2006 and it had a different plug and it wouldn't work with the controls. It took maybe 10 minutes to take the one off and put this on with just three threaded studs. Put this one on and it was the right plug and folded like the original and the controls to adjust worked fine. It also has defrost and auto dimming that aren't available on the replacement version. The OEM used one has all the functions back to original. With $15 shipping, $65 cost it cost $90.07 total with tax. Not a bad deal as the replacement ones are $60 and don't have all the nice functions like defrost or folding. I imagine it could cost more from other places. It was good to get this little victory. I would recommend this parts yard.

We have sold two cars to Carthage and both times their price has been about $100 higher than the others. Maria is friendly, professional and fast. It was a pleasant experience. (By the way their pop vending machines are the cheapest in town, $1 for a can of pop)
- NNoWhereMan
Very professional. If they don't have the part, you can ask to see if it can be ordered and they take care of u.

Cozy lobby with very inviting and helpful workers. Vending machines and free calendars they offer. Very well organized junkyard and couldn’t have beat the prices anywhere else. I will return to Carthage auto parts and I recommend Carthage auto parts!!

Super nice salvage yard people are great great place to get salvage parts in a crunch

They were assigned to tow my car and pay me for it and didn't show up the first shwceduled date and asked me to wait an additional 15 minutes 3 times before I asked then to reschedule. Rescheduled day comes and I ask them to confirm the time day of and they do. I get there and 15 minutes goes by and no tow truck. Text them and and they say another 15 minutes which turns into another 30 minutes. All they had to do is have the common courtesy of texting to say they were running late but apparently couldn't be bothered to even do that. Poor logistics and terrible customer service. If you use th3m to get your car towed away, good luck!
- TTheHapton
Fair price, worked well with my needs. Supplied a part on short notice and saved me money by leaving on a few extra bolts I was missing.

I have no interest in any further business with this place. Called to confirm before my 2 hour round trip. I confirmed twice they had what I needed. Told them I would be there in 2 hours and I was. Only to find out they didn't have them.. So you would think they would have the decency to say sorry or anything that showed some concern for there mistake. All I got was "Nope we don't have them" like 3 times. I don't expect much customer service skills from a junkyard but I thought someone would be decent enough to just say man I'm sorry. Not one time. Just "Nope we don't have them"!so I won't be back and BEFORE ANY LONG DRIVES TO THIS PLACE YOU BETTER HAVE THEM LOCATE YOUR PART AND PAY FIRST! Cause that's the only way you can secure your time and travel to get a part they say they have! And if they don't have when you get here at least you have the knowledge of they made the mistake and you just might get a resolution instead of I don't care you wasted your time and gas etc.. "Nope we don't have that part"
- LLeonard Martin
No reasonable refund policy. Didn’t need part at all. And they said they’re giving me store credit for less than what I paid for a part that never was pulled out of the bag. If you’re dealing with them beware of this policy is not explained at purchase.
- CCourtney B
Customer service is lacking. Person on the phone wasn’t helpful but to say he’d call once part was pulled. I showed up anyway and spoke to Kevin who claimed he wasn’t the person on the phone. Except his answer to my question of how long it would take was exactly the same, they’re working on it. Had I been told that pulling the part takes a day or two, I wouldn’t have needed to call 3 times. Luckily after showing up, I waited no more than 20 minutes.
- JJaslynne Scruggs
I came here very last minute with only calling before hand and they were all very helpful and straightforward and got me my part immediately I appreciate your business and making this easy for me !
- AA Leno
Very friendly and accommodating. They unfortunately did not have the part I needed, but they looked for me and went to pick the part as well. The service was great, and I will be back for further needs.

I went to get some tail lights for a Hyundai. The staff was very friendly it was clean inside as always. I waited over half an hour but still a pleasant visit. I would be back again if I need something. Way to go guys I would have given 5 stars but the part was gone. But still a pleasant time.

CALLED BBB AND LEFT A COMPLAINT. THEY HAVE QUITE A FEW ALREADY AS WELL. I'd give them zero stars if I could, but unfortunately you can't. Here's my experience that happened on 9/14/2023. Needed rotors for a 2016 Hyundai sonata, went down there at noon and they claimed they had one pulled on the shelf and they'd pull the other one and call us in a few hours. Fast forward a few hours, calls and says all the dismantlers called out sick and we could get a refund, or come pick up the one and get the second one tomorrow. Went down there, they had a man with one arm, literally he only had one arm, out there pulling the parts, while the rudest most arrogant/entitled man worked the register, (brown hair, about 5 foot ten inches tall, forty-ish, not skinny not obese.) So we waited around 20-30 minutes and asked for just the one they had already pulled and we'd come back tomorrow for the second one. Guy goes in the back, it isn't there, they lied, they didn't have one pulled, I assume they lied to get us to go there and pay first while they pulled both. So I called Besslers' U Pull and Save down in Hebron, KY. And they had 12 cars worth of rotors, that I could PULL MYSELF!!! AND THE TOTAL FOR BOTH ROTORS WAS $30.03 WITH TAX!!! AND a $5 CORE FOR EACH ROTOR!!!!! SO $20.03 TOTAL!!!!!! CARTHAGE TRIED TO CHARGE ME $53 AND SOME CHANGE. If you're an actual mechanic, or are just fixing your own stuff. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!! DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE AND ARE APPARENTLY PRICE GOUGING LIARS AS WELL. 0/10 STARS WOULD NEVER EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS JANKY, RUDE, EXPENSIVE, STRESSFUL COMPANY. I RECOMMEND GOING TO BESSLERS' YOU PULL AND SAVE IN HEBRON, KY. YOU CAN PULL THE PARTS YOURSELF AND THEIR SELECTION IS 20 TIMES AS BIG AND BETTER IN EVERY CONCEIVABLE WAY. AND THE PRICES ARE 40% CHEAPER!!!!!!!!
- CCourtney Bice
Bought a transmission from them was told it worked, they said they test drove the vehicle before removing the transmission paid 800$ for it installed it only to find out it has absolutely no gears and they also do not do cash returns i would never recommend this place to anyone ever never trust a word out of their mouth!!
- MMicheal McBreen
Was helped by a very polite and courteous young man. Had made several stops at different retail stores to locate a part for my sons care with no luck. Stopped in to Carthage auto parts and within 10 minutes I had the part. They were awesome.
- NNatalie Lynn
Needed a bumper for my teen daughter's car. They had it in stock and pulled it for us. Reasonable in price and we had it within an hour of calling them. We've used them many times in the past. They are always helpful and will look for a part elsewhere if they don't have it.
- AAdam Cooper
These guys make it easy. Every other junkyard wants these stupid cc authorization forms and won't take card over the phone. These guys make it easy to do business with them. Really exceeded my expectations.
- LLobito Guerrero
I just came today and they really not use full at all I would leave 0 stars for it and I would not recommend nobody to come here never 😠
- IInfo Wars
1 of these guys was very rude and not so helpful for no apparent reason well I guess it was meant for me to make this review it’s been quite some time I’ve been dealing with disrespect from these people as if it’s no other used auto parts locations around I will be going elsewhere thanks for the attitude
- GGreen Bay
A Very strange and passive aggressive display of dislike was shown upon my last visit I didn't know theses people could be like this thanks for the reminder I will not ever count on this place for parts bad business
- SShannon Lee
Billy was wonderful and worked with me and my husband. Got a awesome SUV. What a blessing ☺️
- MMalina D
Called on a Friday and paid for the part over the phone with my cc was told they would contact my husband Saturday so we can pick up the part. My husband called Saturday morning just to confirm. No call by 1230 we call no answer, so we go up there. Chain on the fence they've closed until Monday. Very unprofessional! Not even a call to say they weren't able to pull the part and well have to wait until Monday. Car is in the shop waiting on the part to be delivered... NOT HAPPY!

I'd rather not post this. But their service counter was absolutely as rude as possibly could be. I paid someone $3,000, to replace my motor. Mechanic told me he bought it from Carthage, but I don't know if I believe him. I have no proof of that, but Carthage says they mark their motors. But they won't even work with me to see if it was a motor that was bought from them. I was considering buying another motor, but unfortunately, companies are having to hire rude hacks over the phone because we can't get anybody out here to do quality work. . Very dissatisfied with this company, it has effected my business tremendously.

Bought an engine for a Jeep. The shop that was to install the engine shut down due to several workers and owner contracting COVID. After the shop reopened the mechanic while installing the engine discovered that the engine was seized and would not turn over. I called them went to business and spoke to Ron. He said that he needed to see the receipt which I left with the engine and now I can't find it. However I will be forwarding the bank transaction to show the purchase and date. He first said I had to have the original receipt so they could check to see if motor was there's. Long to short, I'm going to file suit for the bad motor and damages

Bought an alternator on friday 8:30am. Was told it will be ready in a couple hours. Called back around 1 and they said it's almost done. Finally got a call at 4 saying they have it. I pick it up right away and install it. No fix. After pulling and swapping wires, I finally take it to autozone where they tested it and said it was bad. I finally get around to returning it only to be told no refund although they sold me a defective part. I stated that I thought they tested them before they sell them. He said they do, (although clearly it was a bad part). Another guy stated that they test what they can. Now I'm stuck with a credit that I don't need. I'll never go here or recommend this place ever!

Con artists. There website said 150 for a hood. Called them and said 150. Went to pay for it so it could be pulled and was still 150 when I walked in. I asked them if they had the hinges and latch still and they said yes and they would sell them for a additional 50 dollars for all three items. The young man seemed new and asked the older man how to add them to the quote bill. He told him no need. Just write hinges and latch included on there yard pull ticket and they'll pull everything. He said just add 50 dollars to the hood price. Well I waited patiently a week and call to ask if they had pulled my parts. Guy gets back to me said hood is off and laying on the car but the hinges were sold but they had the hood latch. I send my brother there to pick up the hood and get the hood latch and see what they would refund for the hinges. Old rude man claims I never even paid for the hood hinges or latch so no refund. Guy was a ass according to my brother. I guess he is too senile to even use a computer to see what the hood should of been or ask the two guys that created the sale. Should of know better to deal with anyone that requires you to pay first and has no refunds signs posted everywhere. Now I know why there was not another customer there. Will never go back unless they make it right. If you go there make sure you have them itemized every bolt, nut, clip that is included in the sale on the receipt cause obviously the old senile mans left hand cannot talk to the right hand to figure out what's going on.

Great service and had exactly what I needed.. not everyone has Saabs so they definitely have a large variety of cars. They even worked with me and gave me a great price too!

About a month ago my boyfriend and I junked 2 cars at this company. We spoke with a man named Anthony. Considering the cars were going to the junk yard we felt it was safe to leave the plates on the car. We drove one of the vehicles to the junk yard and the other was towed in. Now my boyfriend is receiving tickets on the running vehicle that we took to the junk yard. We've tried to contact the company every way we could and no one will return our calls. We will be filing a police report as well as a lawsuit. How unprofessional.
- BBarb Williams
Was told they had the part. Went to pick up the part they said the part was no good. They ordered a part and said it would arrive the next day. Still no part after 2 days. They blamed very one else but them. Then all they said was sorry. Will never go back there.
