Cozy lobby with very inviting and helpful workers. Vending machines and free calendars they offer. Very well organized junkyard and couldn’t have beat the prices anywhere else.I will return to Carthage auto parts and I recommend Carthage auto parts!!

About a month ago my boyfriend and I junked 2 cars at this company. We spoke with a man named Anthony. Considering the cars were going to the junk yard we felt it was safe to leave the plates on the car. We drove one of the vehicles to the junk yard and the other was towed in. Now my boyfriend is receiving tickets on the running vehicle that we took to the junk yard. We've tried to contact the company every way we could and no one will return our calls. We will be filing a police report as well as a lawsuit. How unprofessional.

I went to get some tail lights for a Hyundai. The staff was very friendly it was clean inside as always. I waited over half an hour but still a pleasant visit. I would be back again if I need something. Way to go guys I would have given 5 stars but the part was gone. But still a pleasant time.

Buyer Beware!!Bought a used engine for a 2006 Prius. They sold it as no Warranty. I took it home and the Mechanic that was helping me said there was not enough compression. I didn't install the engine and Carthage wouldn't take back the engine. I offered to pay for the Labor and they still refused to take it back. Found a used Engine at Trester for half the price with good compression and a 30 day warranty.Will never buy from Carthage again!

Not u pull it they broke part waited hr+ but money was returned

They were scammer, sold me a hub with the rotor attached. They didn't want to remove the rotor screws that rusted but the want you to do it so that you mess the bearings up.

Was helped by a very polite and courteous young man. Had made several stops at different retail stores to locate a part for my sons care with no luck. Stopped in to Carthage auto parts and within 10 minutes I had the part. They were awesome.

Good customer service and affordable prices for whatever part u need

I am up in Middletown and nobody had or would sell me the a/c compressor bolts that I needed. This was about the twelfth place I called and they said yes, they have them and they would sell them to me. Thirty-five minute drive down and thirty-five minute drive back was worth it. I will go back if I need something else.
