You can also sign up to get notified when your particular vehicle arrives on the lot. This day I was looking for rims, they also sell them in sets when available.

They not gonna help you pull your part, I suggest no one is willing on a cold day. I had my big girl boots on though, and pulled a headlight that didn't operate. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP THE PART even if you don't need it. THEY DO NOT HAVE SIGNS THAT STATE THEIR RETURN POLICY... until after you buy. Then, ITS ON THE RECIEPT. Store credit. THEY ARE SCAMMING. This lot isn't worth it. At all. (Carparts.com is your best bet!)

I recently bought this 1994 Explorer from the used car lot at U-Pull-&-Pay. I worked with Cailum and it was a great experience. I feel like the vehicle was appropriately described in the listing to reflect the condition and transmission issue. It is able to be fixed and this car luckily didn't end up in the crusher or getting parted out. The sales experience with Cailum was straightforward and he was professional throughout. first time experience: bigger than imagined, friendly, easy to find, nice and neat for a junk yard, competitive pricing- update as of 10/18/23 they also offer a free VIP club membership that tracks your receipts and warranties of your purchases. I went yesterday and had to swap a part out and was given free admission as well as the warranty exchange. this is my new go to for used parts. I changed my entire evap system on 2011 fusion including fuel door, evap canister, purge and vent solenoid for $44. nor to mention the warranties.

Worst Place ever I called head of time Because I’m not From Ohio but I was here an needed tires badly for the front of my tire an on the phone they told me 110 for the two tires an to put them on I also asked if they took Apple Pay an they assured me they did an I asked for the same two tires, well when I got there they was not the same tires an then they told me 140 when they already told me 110 Then come to find out they don’t have Apple Pay an told me they would keep my old tires cuz they told me wrong info then when it was time to leave they still made me take my old Tires, this place is terrible an are layers an very rude would never recommend this place

I couldn’t believe it! A scrap yard has went to robots & a call center with operators that are hard to understand. On the phone for 7min to finally get a live person & they tell me I have to drive to the store! How crazy!!!🤪 I have had a hard time finding what I need. I called over 20 yards & this is the ONLY one with a call center, robot & operators that don’t understand me. I also live an hour away, so it sucks to be told “YOU HAVE TO VISIT THE STORE” after a 7 min wait. Definitely not at all what I was expecting! After the other reviews of the tools, entry fee, not knowing if the parts are there, i definitely won’t be making the drive. 😞

Scheduled a pick up twice and the tow truck never came. The offer was pretty low on my vehicle also so I’m going to give another scrap yard my vehicle. I tried calling to alert them on the second pick up no one has reached out to me and they just pass the blame.

Despite having stagnant inventory, online inventory isn't accurate. They will tell you they have 5 of these and 2 of those online, you come in to search and there are none. Occasionally, it happens the other way around and you find your car there but not online. It's important to get there quick which is hard when you can't confirm inventory. Cars are picked over pretty good, and people like to sabotage good parts a little more than other junkyard. Busted windows, light assemblies, and every cap and dipstick being pulled out. Prices are good if you can find the part.

First time visiting with boyfriend and actually going in.We got there paid for entry and went in I had the website pulled up in the phone the car were where they said they were. It was very cold so I didn't get to look through a lot of the aisles, but found what we were looking for pulled it and paid. Pricing online was a little confusing because of the core but it was fine

Car I received new arrival notice the previous day was totally picked over already. Could not get price list or even examples ahead of pulling. Cashier had real trouble identifying my parts in your system - trouble pricing - although prices I paid were fair.
