Paid $6 for myself and another person to pull a part which was showing as available online. I could not reach ANYONE by phone before driving 40 minutes to the yard. Going on faith that the site is current and regularly updated, I drove 30 miles to the yard. The agent at the desk looked my part up on their system and the same photo from my earlier site search popped up. I got a Row and Space number and headed out to the spot. Upon reaching the designated car, it was obvious that there was NO WAY that my part was still on the vehicle. In fact, the vehicle on the lot had been nearly totally stripped, which was very different from how it appeared in the photos on the site. As I was leaving, I could not help but notice how the agent that took my money was relating a story of how she refused to be ripped off for a ginger ale...ironic...

Just go to somewhere like Besslers or Jack’s At least they don’t charge you more money than you would pay for brand new part. I stood out there after you have to literally find your car wherever because they don’t have the cars organized so you literally have to walk the whole yard looking for what you’re looking for then I found it pulled the part off myself went to the register and they told me it was $28. I went online to Amazon and to AutoZone and the part was $24 on both sites. I then showed them and they told me they could not adjust the price either I’m going to pay $28 or I don’t want it on top of the three dollars I paid to get in there so a part that I pulled off of a used car Cost eight dollars more than just buying the brand new part minus the labor never will go there again and I recommend you don’t other places have way more cars and at least they are organized and give you a fair price

This people are literally insane. Their prices are even more than buying miscellaneous items new. Passenger side mirror and steering wheel cover ( from an old car ) $20. More expansive than Walmart, where you don’t have to go through dirty junkyard under the sun. Don’t go there unless you need some cheap parts.
