Yeah tried to charge me 48$ for a 13$ part according to their website. Their phrasing for parts doesn't match how it's phrased on their website. So instead of trying to retain a customer and cutting a deal on the part because of the confusing pricing they outright refused to budge on their price. So now they got a $0.00 sale instead.

I have been a customer of this business multiple times over the last few years. The yard is fairly well organized and the database seems to be accurate. Prices are not competitive at all. I recently looked up their price on a head, having pulled one over the winter, I noticed that it had more than doubled in price, after looking at other yards in the area the price had jumped to 4x or more of their competitors. If you can't find the part elsewhere you can give them a try. But I would definitely look at other yards first.

Prices and cores are much higher than competitors, no customer+order tracking other than paper receipt and 30 day core policy. Last resort yard

I left a review a few weeks ago but it's seemed to be gone somehow. No idea how it would of got taken down. So I'll share my experience. Badly labeled vehicles. And bad rules. They don't want you to bring a floor jack in here even though 50% of the trucks I looked at were not properly lifted off the ground. The rear wheels were still touching the ground. And for the one that was it was unsafely balanced on welded rims. Which slid over on its side while I was removing the part. Not only that being an extreme safety hazard I let slide I ask them if they can lift the truck back up properly since i dont have a jack, they inform me they can do nothing until the next day even though I have the part 90% of the way out. And they check you everytime you walk in and out of the door they wanna search you make sure that you aren't stealing anything from a junkyard. Definitely the worst experience I've had at a yard and I've been to alot of them. I wouldn't be as upset for one if they had responded to what I had to say instead of ignoring it. It's just not a good way to treat customers. I can prove what day and time I was there to with a receipt.

Can’t give me the refund I tell her I’m not need refund I use the credit for the other part she say no no no like really 20 min so u can’t returns nothing if u don’t buy the guaranty ????? I’m really up set no for the money because no ones tell me anything the first time

Probably the worst yard in the city. I only come here as a last resort. The prices are ludicrous and the yard basically isn't organized
- PPaul Tiedtke
Used parts at near new prices! Remember you only have to do twice the work to save yourself a few bucks. I’m not speaking of major parts (engines /transmissions) just the little parts like sun visors, consoles, mirrors and what not are priced and prized by USED CAR PART purveyors. Those pieces seem to be way over priced for what they are…. USED.
- MMandy Boyer
Years ago this place was decent for getting used, affordable car parts. Now, at least for some of the parts I needed, I was charged the same price I could have gotten one new online. Not to mention this new guarentee policy is complete nonsense. I shouldn't have to pay extra to bring back a part that didnt work when I have my reciept. I walked to my car, realized the part didnt fit, walked right back in for them to tell me too bad you didnt pay $20 extra for the guarentee. A shady way to make extra money. I'm never going back here.

Been here a few times and have always hade good luck with the parts and the prices are very fair
- BBryan Johnson
Very well organized rows. Helpful staff will help let you know what vehicles are on the lot you are looking for. The staff can not tell you if specific parts are still on the vehicle. Make sure when you do a search online that the vehicle you are looking for is at the exact location.
- TTyrell Zanders
Good place to find what you need. Not always gonna have your exact make and model but most of the time you won’t have any issues
- CCory Coffey
First of all. Nobody answers the phone. Not even an option to speak to someone. Granted the website is a nice touch but I had a genuine question before making my trip. So anyways. I head there directly after work. They say they close at 5. Get there and it’s 4:36. Doors are locked. They won’t take anybody else after 4:30. I was going to be in and out in five minutes. Wasted an hour of my time and gas for nothing. Unbelievable.

I pulled 2 used ford ranger power mirrors. The paint was chipped but I wasn’t worried about that as it is a used parts place. They charged me $60 for the mirrors ($30 each) and I did not get the warranty because I knew they would fit. After purchasing the mirrors I walked outside and thought that $60 was a lot of money for 2 used mirrors. So I looked up what new ones would cost. Brand new power mirrors that are they exact same as the ones I pulled are only $18 brand new. I walked right back inside and said that I wanted to return the mirrors. The gentleman that rang we out for the mirrors said I could not return them because I did not pay the extra $10 for the warranty. I had not even owned the mirrors for 2 minutes. I am not happy that they would not take them back and I am not happy that they are charging more money for used parts that you have to pull off the vehicle yourself than brand new parts that get shipped to your house. I had been to this place before and was happy with them. But after today I am very unhappy with them and will never be going back to this place. I recommend either buying the parts new or going to a different junk yard for parts.

A minor bumper bender left our Suburban with a bent bumper. LKQ had several to choose from and got it restored to like new for a fraction of what a shop would have charged...and even the needed painted part matched
- vvejita51
I came in to buy a rear bumper, I used their website to determine which year cars would match mine, going by their website I felt confident enough not to buy the guarantee, when I go home wouldn’t you know it? The part is completely wrong, now people come to places like this to save money because they don’t have enough for new parts usually, I came back pleaded my case he said I’m sorry it is what it is , that’s the risk you take ,you have to pay the guarantee to get the part you need, I don’t think I need a guarantee on a bumper. It’s not an alternator or something electrical. It’s just a piece of plastic hanging on the steel. why would I need a guarantee on the bumper. He told me too bad so sad and sent me on my way. Don’t give these guys your money. It’s not right that somebody tells you this will work for you and then you go OK and try it and it doesn’t work and you bring it back and say sorry man it wasn’t 100% guaranteed but why does your website say it is???? The website needs to be updated, or just buy your parts on Amazon eBay at least those are brand new, and they do free returns and exchanges

I found what I was looking for for a very good price. The guy at the check out register Sunday morning, who only worked there for a few weeks was very friendly and helpful. I understand they don't have a phone number but you can look up parts online. I will definitely recommend this place.
- SSilas Allen
I've found everything I've needed on my own with ease and the front desk employees are always very helpful every time I enter! I've went mostly for smaller things like door trim and interior pieces. You gotta be quick when you find the car(s) you need on their website though cause ppl will snatch most everything within the first 2 or so weeks and unfortunately break a lot of things in the process.

One of the nicer salvage yards in the area. Great inventory system and easy to find exactly the vehicle you're looking for. Use their website to check inventory in advance, take note of the row and slot number. Most times they have multiple options for older vehicles, fewer options for newer vehicles. I don't like the $3 per person admission fee, but at least it's a "once per day" charge that allows you to come and go as you please during that day. We got exactly the part we needed, in great condition off of a 2014 Nissan Altima. Looked at some decent tires they had also in pretty good condition. Overall, if you are looking for self service pick and pull, this is one of the better places in town.

I think that was my first time going to a junk yard in Cincinnati for a used auto part. Positive experience. It takes a while to orientate yourself to the rows and spaces (rows run North-South and space begin on the West PLUS numbering changes East of the center aisle). Price charged was what the website quoted. They do charge $2 just to enter (that is NOT deducted WHEN you buy something) and they do change a "warranty fee" that was about 25% of the part. I don't believe that I can opt for "No Warranty". Perhaps they can Reply to this post. Bring your own tools plus a few more just in case. Stay safe, too.

Charged $3 to enter the lot but there wasn't a single car on the lot with my part, though they gave me a list of 11 that supposedly had it which is why I paid entry fee. When I came back inside and told the employee that all 11 parts on the 11 different automobiles were either broken or missing and suggested that she update the info in her system, she said "ah, they don't do that". The employee was very helpful, and the list, which recognizes different models and years that use the same part, along with lot location, was incredibly organized. However, their intentional disregard for updating their system when a part isn't actually available, causing their customers to pay the $3 fee and do the same search for the unavailable parts as customers have already done unsuccessfully in the past, is just deplorable customer service and poor business.

I went with my husband. There was a great selection of cars in the lot so we were able to get everything we needed. It's a nice junkyard (organized well, nice large selection) but their prices are higher than some of the other yards around. It might be a good ideal to compare part pricing before you go.

Great selection of late model Domestic, Asian and European vehicles. They always have something I'm willing to drive 1.5 hours to try and collect. Customer service/sales people/counter help, have always been easy to deal with, knowledgable, helpful and eager to streamline your trip and get you right to the vehicles you have traveled to see.

The yard is great! I went with my mom (who initially didnt like the idea) and after seeing how well layed out and paved it was we were both much more at ease to spend a while there. The best part is, after spending the time there and going to check out, the prices were incredibly low. I highly recommend this yard over others in the area.
- CChris Johnson
This place is way better than U-Pull and Pay on Seymour Road in Cartridge, OH. And you can pay a little more to get a 90-day Guarantee with cash back.
- SSteve Trueman
Open car parts yard for small entrance $fee. Spacing accommodates easy access to the vehicles.

Don’t expect them to honor their prices online. When in for 4 16 inch aluminum wheels totaling $23 a wheel or roughly 100$. When I went to check out was told my total was gonna be $180, I asked and got told they were steel after confirming they were aluminum she then said let me fix the price. Now my $100 wheels are $160. I asked why does the site say $23 a wheel and got told that chrome wheels are different. Once again I had to tell the associated that these aren’t chrome they are polished aluminum wheels and I wasn’t paying for chrome wheels if I wasn’t taking them, now not only after confirming what they were cast in and now finished in I thought surely my total is gonna be correct. Well to my surprise it stayed the same. At this point I became irritated that I just drove an hour for a set of wheels didn’t need but wanted after seeing the price online I asked again why. I was met with they are Mercedes wheels that’s how they are priced. I work with lkq on a daily basis through my work and use the Cincinnati location often for transmissions and engines. At this point I’m gonna start taking my business somewhere that Is honest

Sold a couple cars there today. Shop is nice lot easy to navigate. Staff I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Did have to wait a little for the lady to check out what we towed in. One intresting note aluminum wheels on your old car are worth 50 bucks more... Got 215 for a 93 stock Ford Taurus that we towed in. Lot is spacious an somewhat clean. Lobby is bright and well staffed. Cars are propped up on rims. Computer inventory management system...

Disappointed, I bought a expensive part, $300.00 plus dollars, never left the premises, then noticed when side by side of my vehicle, it was the wrong part, whitin 3 minutes, told the Manager, who happened to be out in the parking lot, it was the wrong part, he said that it was to bad, and I will not do a refund, unless you bought the $100.00 Warranty, who knew you would need a $100.00 warranty for a non-moving metal part, so I declined, not realizing that the warranty is basically a overpriced scam, but if you buy it, you can return it. Sad, that they wouldn't work with a repeat Coustomer of such a expensive piece. Byer beware, make sure before you pay for any part, you are good with the outcome, or spend a $100.00 extra on a warranty for a non-moving part. I've always said: "Insurance of any kind, is just a legal way to rip people off, and not be of any benefit to the majority of the World". Sad!

Didn't catch her name but there was an extremely loud and obnoxious blonde lady in colorful leggings that was extremely. We drive quite a ways and own a business were coming here about every other week. She over charged for many things and then refused to give us back the difference. 30$ per visor...... we will not be coming back!!!!
- OO'Ryan Patterson
I love this place!! When you very first enter you can explain what your looking for and which vehicle you need it off of. They will print you out a paper showing you which cars you need and which Ailes they are in. It is very well organized and you'll find the employees very kind, respectful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
