Overall was a good experience, only reason I didn't go 5 stars was the dinking around with the photos of the title, as I was never told I needed photos of the back of the title until the day that I was trying to set up my tow. I went through all their hoops in the hopes of getting my car sold and out of my garage.They wanted to know if I had the title, I said I couldn't find it, she said she would call back in an hour. In the mean time I found the title. I waited for her call and after 2 hours I called them back! The new guy was very unhelpful. Said I needed to send a photo of the title. When I complained and said I wanted to talk to his manager he told me there wasn't one there. I then went and got the title. When he got back on the phone he told me the manger (who wasn't there) said that I couldn't drop off my car. Even though their site said I could drop off the car. I gave up at this point and will find someone local to deal with.

Said they’d give me hotel voucher for 2 nights, restaurant voucher, and a tax write off...which is all fine and dandy however he told me no place is offering cash, which is a blatant lie. A am about to receive 300$ for it. So the customer service was totally misleading.
