Received a quote online and called quickly. They requested a picture of the title to be texted to them. Then asked to me to sign the title and resend the picture. I stated I would sign over the title when the check was provided. They stated they could not move forward until I provided a picture of a signed title. Seemed like a scam, sign over the title first, then we'll send a tow truck with a check in 1-2 business days. I only sign titles when check/cash is in hand. Good luck.

Wasted an hour of my time making me stand around and wait for them then wait for the driver to translate everything into English just to change the offer price to over 50% less then what was agreed upon. Not worth the headache go with someone else.

I will say before I get into the bad part. They actually paid me more than anyone else was offering. It was a complete Sh_t show trying to get my car retrieved from the repair shop and get my check most of the blame could fall on the inability for the local wrecker to communicate effectively. What was needed to complete the pick up , from missed calls, to dispatch. Then they called wrong number . Holding me responsible for a message they left with someone I’ve never known. Calling the complete wrong number and then calling and speaking to someone at a gas station and filling them in with the plan but not me. Took 6 days from my initial web search and quote until title vehicle was collected . I had a purchase agreement 4 days before they could get the car. I spent 6 hours waiting for their call and they never called me . Wasted almost an entire day of my time And then was rude and condescending to me like I called the wrong number lol . Was it worth the extra couple hundred dollars in hind sight? no. But they are legit and will probably give you the most money it just may take a while for the sale to finally go through . Best of luck . Again most of my issue was with the local towing company rather than the cash for cars end of it .

What I learned: This company will auction off your car. And at an auction if they transfer the title wrong or don't communicate with the DMV that your car is JUNK, it will come back to you because you owned the car last. This mistake results in huge fines. I had no idea how that worked until I did my own research. The person I spoke with could not answer my questions and did not give me confidence they would do this. When she did answer, it was almost in a "you didn't know this?" tone and still did not make me confident in their business. I was not willing to risk it. For me, I was willing to get less money in return to feel confident that the task was done well and the car junked, as it should be. My experience: I called about a car I had to get rid of and immediately everything felt frantic and like it was on a time crunch. I was rushed through paperwork and back and forth phone calls. When I made a mistake the caller swore (seemingly at me) and was upset despite it being a simple mistake. I ended up not using them because of the way they handled things. The agent was kind but seemed to be there for one reason only ($) and when things didn't move to her pace she was frustrated. I also had to talk to multiple people to set it up. one to get the offer, the other to finalize, a third to schedule and a fourth to schedule the pickup.
