After being in an accident and having my car totalled out, AAA (the at fault party's insurer) had CoPart take care of the title and totalling process.<br><br>They have nice staff, but they also are very incompetent.<br><br>They first got my vehicle wrong twice. Not once, but twice. Like the one time is bad enough, but understand. The second time was absolutely ridiculous when I told them the exact yea, make, and model. This delays the process.<br><br>They also gave us the wrong log in. They put some phone number that is not associated in any way to me or my wife. We had to bring it to their attention once again. There is already three strikes.<br><br>They said we could retain or vehicle, then said we couldn't, then said we could. I still honestly don't know, so I guess I'm keeping it. Strike 4.<br><br>And now they are sending us documents through the portal that doesn't load or work. This is just absolutely sloppy.<br><br>Because they are delaying all of this through their negligence, we have a missed payment on a vehicle that's already supposed to be totalled. Strike 5.<br><br>I mean how many times can your organization screw up before lawyers get involved? This is ridiculous, and management needs to get on top of this immediately.<br><br>If you dealt with a similar situation, just reach out to me.

The staff is courteous and friendly but the unexpected and unexplained fees are crazy on a $1000 vehicle expect fees from $900-1100 so double the price of the vehicle and then all the costs in making the vehicle safe to drive. Good luck! Their run and drive label only means that eventually the car will start and go into gear and that’s it. Not an accurate description.

All of the ladies at the front counter here are amazing. I just bought my first car here today and clearly didn't have a clue what I was doing yet they where very patient with me, walking me through everything even know they had other things going on. Even the loader driver was extremely patient and helpful with the process when we came to preview the car and didn't rush us. From start to finish here its been really amazing.
