Did not at all care for the automated check in with your phone but the guy that brought the car out and loaded it on the trailer was top notch. I have driven a few fork lifts, skid steers and tool carriers over the years, but this guy amazing. He put that car on the trailer exactly where I wanted it then pulled his 16 foot forks out out of the small space under the vehicle without dragging on the trailer or the car. He didn't even knock the 1" of snow off the deck of the trailer. Great work! He treated our car as if it was his own!

No Public Restrooms. Kristen was nice in the front but lady in workshop was rude with no manhers or respect for customers.

Do not add deposit. You will not be able to use the funds to pay your balance. They keep your deposit unless you pay the balance.... it's a scam.
