    So I wanted to wait on writing this review but don't want anyone else to waste their time or money. The people here are very short with you when their is a problem with the parts they sell you. We bought an engine from them and it lasted 9 months. We had bought the warranty and called it in. We were told as long as the heat tabs arent melted your engine is under warranty. With in an hour my husband was called back and told that the engine wasn't covered under warranty. After several conversations and being lied to they agreed to cover their warranty and replace the engine. However they did so with anger and told us to be happy they were replacing it. Well we should have known better and not taken the replacement engine. The engine they replaced under warranty has been put in and is a bad engine and usless. Dealing with the people who work here isn't a pleasant experience and now seeing that if they are angry with you instead of just not up holding their warranty they will sell you a bad part ignore your request for paper work to be sent on the parts they sell you and allow you to spend the money for it to be put in. Get your parts from some where else Cant comment back so im editing. There's is no way you test your engines. The engine is wide open at hyundai and we are being told that the valves are leaking. The whole top of the engine you sent us under our warranty is needing to be rebuilt at 7000 that's more than triple than spent to buy the engine from you. Yall sell parts that are broken.

    First time I've ever dealt with them. That's experience guy was the right on his stuff was able to find and got the part. I needed very quickly highly recommended anybody. Who's looking for hard to find auto parts

    After having trouble finding a part for our car that’s in another shop, we spoke with Nathan from Emerald Coast and he was extremely helpful in assuring us the part was right for us and he was very personable and easy to talk and ask questions with. Once we got there and put a name with a face, he was this down to earth guy and helped us out above and beyond and even made sure the part got in my vehicle safely. The man operating the machinery to get the part in our vehicle was just as personable and we felt truly blessed to have these fellas helping us. Thank you Nathan so very much!

    My mom needed a battery for her car after she had just paid about 1000 dollars to get her alternator replaced at a dealership. These kind people helped us. They gave us a battery for a good price and even helped us install the battery. They were so nice. I really appreciate them.

    I will never use them they sell you bad parts and cause you more money in repair charges due to bad parts I’ve got two parts from them and ended up spending 3,000 in labor alone installing bad parts and when you call them to tell them about their bad parts they don’t do anything to help

    These people are great! They will do their best to find you whatever part you're looking for. After Hurricane Michael hit, my insurance company wanted to total out my dodge grand caravan I had just bought earlier that year. I kept my van, and I was able to buy the parts for cheap and replace them myself.

    Called on a Friday to see if they had a part. The man said they did and I told him if I couldn't make it there that day, I would come on Monday. At NO point did he mention you have to show up, pay for the part and then wait for them to pull it. Then he wants to get an attitude saying he did say that which luckily for him, he lost that attitude quickly. I had to travel 40 miles to their location. I would have planned my day differently had this been mentioned. So be aware of this before going here. I certainly won't be back.

    Awesome, Staff & Service. When the Rear Axle to my vehicle (Originally, from NY.) rotted & I couldn’t find the part on Rock Auto, I called Councelman. They looked it up and had the part delivered (To their place, after providing payment.) within 2 days. The price was reasonable and the staff loaded into the back of my truck for me. I’m just glad that I didn’t have to lug my own tools over 200+ yards then have to try and remove it myself (Normally, from a vehicle that’s sitting on its rims in 2 inches of mud.) they took care of everything but the re-install. Will definitely use their services again, I’ve actually been thinking about applying (I miss getting my hands greasy.).

    Went in to look for some parts, and was treated rudely, even though I was being polite. Guy behind the counter acted like he couldn't wait for me to leave. And secondly, what kind of car junkyard won't let you browse for parts? I get that they want to remove them, but when you're looking for a specific cosmetic part, you want to be able to pick it out yourself at least to make sure you're getting something decent.

    Called in at 4:50 pm for a driver side window. The staff was very understanding about my situation with rain in the forecast the same night. They pulled the part and had it waiting for me when I arrived all the way from Destin. Great place for quality parts and outstanding staff.

    I bought a alternator. I asked is the alternator good. They said Yes. I took it to my vehicle. Took the old out. Put the NEW/USED alternators in. About 2 1/2 hours of work. I'm NOT a mechanic. To find out that the alternator was no good. So I had to complete the process all over again. A complete waste of time. Come to find out other savage shop. Test there equipment before it goes out the door. Got to do BETTER.

    Called and asked if they had a part i needed said they would call me back. After a little bit I called back and asked if they had it, the guy replied in the phone that it would be tomorrow before they checked for me. The guy on the phone got rude and tried to defend his buddy. horrible place and rude. Stay away!! RUNNNN

    Excellent service, I purchased a drive shaft for my pickup and I discovered that it had discontinuities, they swapped it with another drive shaft the same day I called them, they have great employees and great policies.

    Employees are always arguing with each other and if you return a part they’ll keep 25% of what you paid cuz their greedy and don’t care about their customers. Also they’ll tell you on the phone that they have a part available and make you drive two hours to their business only to find out that they actually don’t have it. Terrible customer service period.
