I’ve gone twice now and it was quick, pleasant, and prices felt fair. Intending to go tomorrow to see what useful steel I can find and acquire from them for a welding project so I’ll update how that part of the business goes

Didn't know how bad I was getting ripped off until I went someplace else. Not welcoming and happy you're there...their customers. The very people that are keeping you in business. Lady in the office had never once smiled...she looks incredibly unhappy. The truth of the matter is, their competition is going to eventually take them over by simply having a better attitude, better service and not completely ripping people off.
