My wife and I have been looking for the part for our car for 2 1/2 months for a Kia Forte blower motor and the pig tail had a burn mark my wife drives for a living not having air in Floridia is crazy. We ran into all kinds of issues some people said they had a blower motor but wouldn't guarantee a pig tail would be there And Joe Grocholski went out of his way to make sure I got the part I needed and assured me that the pig tail would be included he even ask how much wire I needed . Then Joe said he would send it ups and i would have it by Monday well I actually recieved the part in one day thats amazing. Thank you so much Joe I due really appreciate everything you did.

Can never get them on the phone. Made my first order a few weeks ago, he said it would be in the next day. He never called, I gave him a week before I called back. I’m then informed the part I ordered got “cored out” because they couldn’t find it. He said he was working on getting me another one from a branch that was close to the hurricane and would have it in a few days when they operated on generators. I waited a week before calling him back. He said he was helping a customer load a part and asked if I would call back. I asked if he would call me back when he got finished as I wasn’t trying to bug him. He never called back and I still haven’t heard a word. This was last week. Communication and professionalism is terrible. So my first order will also be my last as there is a new junkyard opening in this area soon.
