Drove 3 hours to pickup some parts for a chevy spark, I saw bad reviews and was skeptical but after arriving and going thru the process of buying I have to say that this place is awesome. The people are all nice. Shawn was awesome and willing to help me even when I decided I needed a extra part and didn't have a chance to call ahead for it. I highly recommend Crosstown for all your auto needs!!! P.s parts were exactly how they described no issues there !!

Go to Morris rose or Wellers if you want genuine parts and customer service. You will NOT be satisfied at crosstown. You can tell a place that’s specifically about getting over and gaining profit, opposed to a place that actually takes pride in their reputation by giving quality service to customers. How are they even still open ?

Here from Facebook. Why do we even support businesses like this when we have MORRIS ROSE, LIGHT TRUCK AUTO, AND WELLERS?!?!? Say no to crosstown auto parts!!! I know from personal experience they will sel you the most disfunctional parts and still tell you they’ve been tested 😂 wish I could reimburse the guy that lost his money dealing with these shady folks at crosstown…

Not reliable Can't give them any business ordered the parts on 12-22nd 2021 it should be shipped someday on 27th called parts was not shipped .

This place is absolutely worthless called at 9:00 in the morning told me they were pulling my part and they would call me back when it was finished I called then back at 11:00 to see where things were at told me to be there at 3:00 the part would be waiting. Drive two and a half hours to get the part I'm there at 2:45 told the part is still not pulled wait until 3:30 just to be told the part is broken they don't have it anymore. The manager and staff at this place are a complete joke. Advise anyone and everyone to shop somewhere else
