I drove 2 1/2 hours each way yesterday! Well worth the drive! I picked up a couple doors which look like new doors. Jack gave me a great deal! Thank you Jack! I would not hesitate to make the drive again for needed parts. Place is very clean and professional!

Morris Rose Auto parts has access to parts,switches,controller pieces , doors..etc. I would give them a 4.5 Star rating...they usually will ha e or can it your parts if available to them. As , well they have an Ebay sales spot.

Great service. The only thing that upset me was that we had purchased a converter to help run our camper while off grid but it wouldn't work. It was over 60 days since we had purchased it for over $200 bit the first time we had the chance to use it and they would not take it back. I was to say a little upset that a product they sold us didn't work and when returned wouldn't take it back. I like to deal with companies that stand behind their products. I say it was over 60 days at the most it had been 75 to 80 days but after paying over 200 dollars I wasn't happy to say the least.

12/3/21Manager called a couple days later and apologized for the misunderstanding concerning shipping! All though we did address the issue of the rude customer service. I was pleased with his professionalism and correcting the issue at their expense.THANK YOU!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful for finding the part I needed and the price I was quoted through text message customer service was $30 less than it was online, so that was a nice perk.

We purchased a motor over the phone for my daughter's car for $1200 under the assumption that it was a bolt and go. My mechanic advised me that there are tags on it saying to replace timing chain & gears and water pump. If we wanted to rebuild an engine, we would have rebuilt the one already in it, not pay $1200 for what we already have. We are extremely disgusted that this information was not relayed to us at time of purchase. They said they will take it back. If we have any difficulties getting a refund, we will get an attorney.
