Called today to price a part that showed on car-part.com. No price was listed, only a comment to "call." When I called, was quoted higher than every single other auto salvage yard in the area. I asked if they would come down in price to match others and was told "no" and that he "didn't make the prices." (We are an actual repair shop and purchase items daily from different places and build relationships with the companies we buy from. Only adding that to point out that we are a repeat customer for this type of business). Then told the guy on the phone that we wouldn't be calling in the future for parts as their prices are not comparable nor are they willing to price match. The guy on the phone said "ok" and "make sure you do that." Rude! and won't get any future business from us.

Drove 50 miles to the middle of nowhere.They lied about having the two volvos I wanted to see.Only one that should have been crushed years ago.Wanted to “Charge me xtra” to find the other one that didnt exist.No help from anyone just wanted to gouge me for some window trim.50.00 bucksSTAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF YARD

Can't give a tire size over the phone. Have to go in the store just to get a tire size, but he can give an quick 125$ price for a rim and tire. Didn't seem to care about the call at all. Not the most professional

They said they had the part I was looking for and they may have I asked them to bring a truck down and they refused so I could not pick my part.

Ordered a part at 12:15 pm. they said part is on the shelf in hand. They told me it would be at my shop by 4-5. Im here til 7 and no part. No answer from phones. Come in saturday with an angry customer wondering why their car isnt done. I call and they tell me they forgot to call me and tell me the part was no good. They close at 6pm. they had 6 hours to call me. and they "forgot". and "it happens". Talk about bad business. They will NOT be getting any more business from me.

ONLY reason I didn't walk out is because they have a part I need and the only other salvage yard that had it sold it.. They charge 3$ to walk in the yard to look at a part lol... They are a joke I will NEVER come in here again. Don't believe anything they say.. Stay away!!!!! They are terrible!!!

I needed a new engine and transmission for my truck after mine blew up so I called Luis at CSG. After I drove down there, I found out they also install the engines and transmissions. I was skeptical but let him do it anyway as I could not afford a new engine and transmission plus install ($5000.00). I paid $2750 for everything and was surprised how good the truck runs. Luis gave me a 90 day warranty but the truck runs better than it did before. I had some mechanics with over 80 yrs experience between the 2 of them, couldn't figure out my fuel lines were clogged, even after I mentioned it to them ( before my engine blew up). Luis confirmed they were and fixed it. I am pleased with all the hard work Luis and his mechanics did on my truck. Luis is there all day running the place by himself, always busy. I give them 4 stars for now. I would recommend CSG to my friends, for parts, price and overall work performed.

Had what I needed so 5 stars to that! They aren't so personable and the price was kind of high, cheaper to buy new but I couldn't wait so for that reason I had to purchase.

They suck. Said they had the parts i needed so i drove from north tampa to plant city for them to ttell me to walk the yard and find it but i have to pay three dollars to go in the yard. Just to find out they didnt even have the vehicle there.

❗I don't see where they're getting even 4 stars!! You have to pay to get in only to find nothing most of the times!!! I'm doing business somewhere else now❗
