Had what i was looking for. Not a U-PULL. They pull it for you. Which means that the chances of having what you need are good. Fair prices. Good people.

Called to price a part, thought the phone hung up and got yelled at because I wouldn't hold on then when they checked availability they said they didn't have it and hung up before I could say anything!Save yourself the time and look elsewhere because these people clearly don't know what they're doing!

I went up there and found my part..they said they'd pull it tomorrow. But I found it somewhere else today so I called them to let them know. They were rude and hung up on me. It was the older white guy w the beard

Had every part that I needed was very quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I just waited over 3 hours in their parking lot, after paying for a part that they said they had on a phone call before i went there, to have them tell me they don’t have it. And that was after an hour drive from home. Now I am driving an hour home empty handed.

If you don't want to be in the business of selling auto parts, just close up shop and open a florist or something. Have called here twice and both times the people on the phone have been beyond rude and unhelpful. They don't want to answer questions, don't want to find out if they actually have the part, I guess we have to be psychic and do their job for them, or drive out there to buy something they may or may not have. I don't expect five-star customer service from a junkyard, but I do expect to be treated like a customer when I'm exchanging money for goods.
