I'm not sure who the folks that says the customer service is bad was dealing with every time that I've been there it's been nothing but class a service I take my grandson all the time to take his scrap metal that he collects off and it's nothing but a great experience.

I wouldn't give this place a pop top from a can brought in clean aluminum told me I was getting .75 cents a pound after I unloaded it they gave me.25 cents bunch of crap don't waste your time.with these cheating mfr's

They suck! No customer service skills. Had a car hood and fender and a RO water tank. They informed me they were not buying steel because their buyer was not taking any from them. So I offered it for free, no deal. So I ask the guy next to me who had a trailer full of scrap metal if he wanted it. He said yes, so I unstrapped the hood So I could throw it in his trailer. The witch then comes out and says "you can't do the here" after I had it unstrapped already. Ok I said. I'm through doing any business here. Will not go back after 33 years.
