If I could give zero stars, I would. This seller has an absolutely ridiculous policy: they won’t release the part to anyone except the person who placed the order — even if you provide full proof and confirmation. Nowhere during checkout or in any communication did they mention this nonsense rule. Only found out after wasting time and gas. Completely unprofessional, no flexibility, no warning. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like a problem instead of a customer.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. They refused to release the part to someone else on my behalf, even with full order details and ID. No mention of this policy during the order process — zero communication. Completely inflexible, rude staff, and a total waste of time. Terrible service and zero communication. Placed an order, sent someone to pick it up with all the info — and they flat-out refused to hand it over. No notice anywhere about their “only the buyer can pick up” policy. No warning, no heads-up, nothing. Just wasted time and money. Customer service was rude and dismissive when asked for help. I’ll never order from here again — completely unprofessional and not worth the hassle.
