Gary, the manager, responded to an inquiry I had sent him via email concerning some hard to find parts I needed for a older vehicle I was working on, prior to proceeding. He put me in contact with their salesperson, Curtis. After I answered a few questions and a couple of keystrokes later, the parts were on their way. A few days later, I was able to pick them up from their warehouse located in Pennsburg right off the Turnpike, which was very convenient for me. But I especially liked being able to inspect the parts firsthand and up-close. All goods were as advertised, and after I gave them the green light, Ray and Craig from shipping happily helped me secure and protect my precious cargo as we loaded it into my truck. 5 stars to Mike in sales. 5 stars to parts quality. 1 star to dispatch. Unit supposed to be here Wed. Never shows. Truck broke down. Thur never shows. Driver got a tummy ache. Transferred to dispatch. Talk about a CAN'T do operation. 9 drivers but they couldn't get someone else to bring the unit a half hour away. Dispatcher just wants to argue. Horribly unacceptable.
