To the owner: it would probably get you higher reviews and be more profitable if you simply specified on your website that you only take cash to get in. I drove 45 minutes here only to be told they only do cash, when on their website it clearly says that they accept cash and Visa cards. When I came here, the desk person said that that’s only for checkout and that cash is still required to get in. What a joke. Don’t know how inconvenient it is for them to accept a $2 card charge. it’s 2024…. Also they require a $20 minimum at checkout to buy parts which is pretty stupid in my opinion. You’re better off finding another yard if you’re here for little things. All this woulda been avoided if they took 2 minutes to put on their website that only cash gets you inside.

Always love making a trip to Harry's u pull it! It's always pretty cool to be able to pick your own part to fix your own car. They have a great selection of imports which are right at the front of the yard. Then larger domestic SUV size and at the back of the lot is the domestic small cars. It costs 2 bucks for entry They probably prefer cash. Cards are available to use with a minimum purchase of I believe 20 bucks

What a joke a messy junkyard terrible service drove 2 hours with my buddy and cousin and they wouldn’t let us in because he was 17 and we didn’t have guardian papers no one carry’s those anymore wouldn’t even let us sign for him and we are 20 and 23 they have a lot more important stuff to worry about then 17 year olds the lady was very rude to us when we were very polite I will say the security guard checked our tools and were super cool so they have that going for them but we will be taking our paying business somewhere else will never be returning to this rude dump

Due to misinformation bought the wrong size tire, did not want a refund just wanted to exchange the wrong size, which was a good tire with a lot of tread ,with the right size. Wouldn't let me. It's a junk yard!!!

I had an excellent experience here. My car is very rare apparently, and of the three Harry's locations, this one in particular had ONE of my vehicle, which is more than any other junkyard in the area. Great prices & a relatively clean lot for a junkyard. I've been dealing with Harry's for over 20 years. Definitely a thumbs up from me!

This place used to be affordable. Now everything is extremely over priced. Pay more and buy new

Cashier dose not car parts and dose not know how to run a register. Huge difference between a hood and hood strut. After clearing it up on the phone, had to go back in for the refund. They need to up date their system to take care of mistakes that thier untrained employees make.

“Manager” is unprofessional. I will make sure I let everyone know not to do business here and to go elsewhere.

Had the right part for a great price. Point off only because you can't dive in to get the part, you have to carry in your tools and then lug the part out.

Better than Allentown location, good staff in the office, no mud , but lots of trash.... No comparison to the other good yards I've been to...

This yard is one of the more unkept yards I've been to in a long time. There is almost no organization of the cars and the parts are everywhere making bringing a rolling toolbox a hassle. Prices were a little high too. Picked up a sweet radio though.

Drove over 2 hours, woman at front counter wouldn’t allow entry due to it being 3:31. Was absolutely arrogant and rude about it. I explained my situation and she dismissed me.

I had a great experience here today. I went to get a connector and ended up finding a prime set of wheels&tires. Good prices and well treated. The lady with the blondish hair was a delight and the young man at the register was helpful. I will absolutely be returning for my parts from this location even tho it is a bit of a drive for me. Thanks and I will see you soon.

Very organized. Imports towards the front. Domestics and trucks towards the back. Fords in one area GM in another. Highly recommend. Prices for parts are very fair. Personally never went to one of their locations and not gotten something I needed.

Being able to check inventory online before coming out is a huge plus. Fair prices and often good stock of cars that fit my needs. (Mainly Subarus). We drive from 90 minutes away to come here. I think that says a lot about a great business.

Been to Harrys for many years. In the past i was always treated fairly. Wish i could say the same now. The last two time i went to harry s , the pricing is way too high. It would of been cheaper to buy new at the dealerships. I pulled a front and rear set of pads and shoes expecting to pay $8 for them. They wanted to charge me $32 for them. I never after i pull something refuse to buy it, this time Harry s was unreasonable in their pricing so i put them back. The last time and it is my last time i go to harrys i pulled two repair tube for a fuel line. If i went out and bought the pieces separately i would of saved money. Now i know why their parking lot is so empty. Dont go to them ever again.

My son and his friend went to this location. These two young men have been restoring vehicles of all sorts since a young age as a hobby! They both have technical schooling and both work professionaly in this industry and therefore have many years of experience. They know all the good junkyards within reasonable distance and they know the going rates for parts and they decided to check this place out. They found themselves a few parts and when they went to check out, they were both charged very high and unreasonable prices. When they both voiced their concerns over the outrages prices ( the salesperson or owner perhaps thought he could do this to these young guys?), they were told there were various additional fees etc. When they explained they were no longer interested in these parts, they were told they had to purchase them because they already removed them. When they asked for the sales receipt, they were told they did not give sales receipts. The person was very rude and did nothing than try to take advantage of them. They lost two, what could have been very frequently returning and good customers, had this place been honest, friendly and trustworthy! Shame on this place!

All around great experience. I would recommend looking on the website for row numbers and such if you a looking for a specific model. Many of the cars had a lot of good parts left on them. Got a sun visor for my honda that was better then the one my car came with.

Lots of cars and a straightforward policy. Two bucks to get in and pay for your stuff on the way out. No backpacks and no sawzalls. Was under the impression you're not allowed any power tools but that's not the case! You're allowed an impact and anything else besides a sawzall. Lady is straightforward and very nice at the counter. 5/5 for service and overall customer satisfaction.

It is a pretty large selection. Organized rather well. I like how they can print you a ticket to let you know where the vehicles are that you are looking for. My only complaint is that They don't always know what they have as far as specific parts. example, i called and asked if the had a specific truck there. they did. i then asked if it had the passenger front fender still, and they couldn't answer. If i were there, i would keep a little better track. Whenever someone buys a part, they should be required to inform the desk where they got it from. Tell them what row, what vehicle, and the color. Then they could mark it in the system that they no longer have that part. This would've saved me the trip and 2 hours of my life. i am still giving them 4 stars because they have had stuff i needed. and they have been helpful in directing you to where you can find it.
