DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!If you can get your car from anywhere else please do so. It might be easier to steal it from a dragon's hoard. We went to pick a vehicle up on a Friday. The client with the account at this place said to take an ID and the money and everything should be fine. He has guys do this all the time. OK. Everything was not fine! It started with signing up on a queue to wait your turn which, ok, understandable. Once our number was up we went in and they asked if we had an appointment. Uh...no. The lady who tended to us said she'd take us as the last walk-ins. I was relieved.I am not one to use male or female anatomy to describe people, but I'll make an exception for whom I can only imagine is the office manager at that place. The word starts with c and rhymes with runt. She was that. While the lady who tended to us put in our information, the other one called the next person forward and asked their name. He said, "Mohammed." She said, "Whatever." I knew then I wasn't going to get the vehicle I had paid for that day.And it only went downhill from there.

Overall a good experience. EXCEPT that, I scheduled the sale and pickup of my vehicle on July 7th. It was confirmed that the vehicle would be picked up on July 9th from 8am to noon. Unfortunately nobody showed up and about 130pm I decided to call the company to see where the driver was. I gave the girl my lot number and after a couple minutes on hold, she came back and told me that they did not have me in the computer for a vehicle pickup. After a couple of back and forths, she put me on hold again. When she came back on, she said that the earliest I could get my vehicle picked up was July 17th. This made me very upset as this was a van that I had already transferred the title to them, and had canceled the insurance for. Luckily, I only live a mile or so from the local Copart location and was told I could drive the van over to complete the transaction that day. So basically, it's just the communication between the Copart divisions that need to be improved. If I had lived further away, I would have been definitely more upset with their lack of internal communication.Service: Vehicle purchasing
