What an amazing place. They have a huge selection of really good used bmws. Family run business. Chris was responsible for helping me and my family. Absolute credit to Harouts for employing somebody with so much integrity. Was extremely patient with us over the course of a couple of weeks while we decided which of their cars we wanted to purchase. Allowed us to have two of the vehicles we were considering inspected by our mechanic. Both were in excellent condition they were able to offer us financing which was convenient and easy. Also gave us a free parts warranty with the vehicle purchase--something I'm sure no other car dealership would give. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to buying our next vehicle there.💪👍👍

TERRIBLE PRICE GOUGING. WAY OVER PRICED. Check literally ANYWHERE ELSE! 50,000$ for a crashed 2020 x7 with NO DOORS, FENDERS OR BUMPERS AND A SALVAGE TITLE. RIDICULOUS!!! Insanity!!!

Would absolutely recommend Harouts to anyone. Got me a great deal on one of their bimmers. Everyone in the establishment are friendly from the beginning to the end of our transaction and they definitely go out of their way when it comes to customer service. Chris, the guy who took care of us even offered to fix some minor dings for FREE !! That's how kind these guys are. Their service is GOLDEN and you'll definitely walk out of their shop smiling. 👌

Bought a 2012 Bmw X5 from here less than a year ago. The video showed the major things that should be working but they missed quite a bit that they knew about. They told me the only thing wrong was the rear sunshade, which yes that was broken. I was told the TPM sensors were currently throwing a fault but that'd disappear after about 50 miles or so, well that's not the case. They're not installed.I also asked about the PDC since it wasn't working, said the same thing that'll go away after awhile. Well the PDC module is missing entirely, something that's pretty obvious. The sensor mounts on 3 of the sensors are also broken, barely held on by the body. None of the 12v sockets work either.2 of the 4 bolts for the tailgate are missing, so about a month ago it stopped working because it literally fell apart. They must have tightened the bolts just enough to keep it in place without the others. All of the bolts for the battery compartment are missing as well. Spare wasn't included, bolt to hold the spare is gone, and the jack that comes standard is also gone. Everything I've mentioned, they didn't.They also never sent the paperwork for the engine I asked for, three times to be exact. So what the hell are you guys thinking? Or are you just not thinking entirely? An honest dealer would admit it either way.I don't appreciate being lied to, makes me quite angry actually. I flew halfway across the country to drive it back, I really wish I hadn't. If you buy a car from here, bring a mechanic with you unless you're very knowledgeable.I overpaid them about $1500, since the problems weren't listed and the video seemed thorough on the obvious problems. Well missing parts are pretty obvious if you take a look, which they clearly did, just not on camera. I now have to spend about how much I overpaid them.I'd appreciate a check back for the list of problems they purposely failed to mention, but you don't get a check like that from a dishonest dealer. Like I said before, just pay a mechanic to come with you to point out everything that isn't working or if entire parts are gone that they will fail to mention, you'll save money.

Walt Sharpless (purchased 2000 BMW M5). If able to leave less than 1 star I would. Bought a BMW from Harout’s via eBay but wasn’t able to leave my buyer feedback there since Chris apparently knew if he delayed addressing my issues beyond 60 days I couldn’t leave my feedback there. Regardless, I highly recommend not buying a vehicle from this shop. The video provided in the eBay ad DID NOT represent the vehicle accurately which I relied on being an out of state buyer. I have purchased many vehicles sight unseen over the years which worked out fine since the vehicle descriptions were accurate and honest. Not the case in my experience with Harout’s. Buyer beware!

Just received a BMW bought sight unseen. Better than expected, just as described and pictured! Harouts exceeded expectations on every aspect of the transaction, including lightning fast polite communication!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an automobile purchase. The vehicle was grossly misrepresente . It arrived with multiple alerts popping up on the I-drive system. I took it to an independent service company who told me there were extensive repairs needed and it wasn't safe to drive. Chris at Harouts said the place didn't know what they were talking about. In wanting to give both parties the benefit of the doubt I took it to another independent German specialist who indicated the vehicle needed extensive work. Moreover, they recommend bringing it to the local BMW dealership as they actually said the car had problems they've rarely encountered. The dealership proceeded to provide a laundry list of roughly $20,000 in repairs. It suffices to say I was sold a car with multiple engine, transmission, and suspension issues. It's as if they took a bunch of wrecked cars and made one to sell..... BUYERS BEWARE. Run don't walk away from them. I asked to speak with the owner to help resolve the extensive issues to which I was told "he is mostly out of the country, and when he does come in he doesn't deal with customers, but we will pass on your concerns".

I'll preface this by saying, I've given as much as 1 star because I have no choice.I found the car I'd been searching for via Craigslist on a Wednesday evening. I submitted an email for more info and received a brief introduction, along with an online application to run my credit. Never did a representative get on the phone with me, which should've been the first indication of poor to no customer service. Chris (whom I can only assume is the only person who works for this company) responded via text message over the next couple days I reached out to check on the status of my application. On Thursday afternoon, I followed up with him.The phone was never answered, but he would immediately respond via text. "I've been in meetings all day", is not a sufficient answer, nor is a fingers crossed Emoji anywhere near acceptable. It is now Monday of the following week and I've yet to receive any word from Harouts. The car I applied for was most likely a ploy to attract buyers and probably isn't actually on the lot. This business has somehow managed to remain open with absolutely no care, preying on those who are merely looking for help.Goodness only knows what happens once you hand your money over.

Hey guys! So I work in Automotive at The Beemer Shop. We work on a lot of European cars, Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Saabs, VWs, Volvos. And to help our clients get back on the road with their favorite Euro car, we often offer used parts as an option for repairs. Used parts carry a degree of risk. It is a used part. There is no telling when it will fail too. So finding a Auto Dismantler that honors their warranty is a must! I highly recommend Harout's Used Auto Parts. They have great looking parts and they stand by their Used Parts Warranties. I purchased a Mercedes Benz Transmission from then 3 weeks ago. Euro car's transmissions are expensive and complicated to work on. The fellar at Harout's, just like our selves, don't have X-ray vision. As far as they know, tje transmission they sold us came out of a running car. We installed it, ran diagnostics on it while in the vehicle. So we can give the car back to it's owner with piece of mind. If anything goes wrong, you really need a back up plan to get tjis repair done. Harout's is our back up plan. The transmission we purchased was working fine electrinically. But mechanically, it had 4th gear burnt, so it would slip on just 4th gear. Can't give this car back this way. I called Charley, at Harout's, explained the issue, we whent over the diagnostic procedure we performed. I explained how we reset transmission addaptation and still had a failure. Charley said right away, Ok bring it back and we'll have an exchange transmission ready for you. That's the kind of service help averyone needs when dealing with used parts. So give the guys at Harout's a call. You see how Charley, Sam, or Greg, can find you a great part at a great price. And their honor their warranties, that's the second most important thing. 😊

Staff is friendly and not intimidating. Allowed me to choose the part I wanted to purchase instead of handing me a beat looking part and telling me "they're all the same". Pricing is reasonable and parts are clean. You cant ask for more from a dismantler.
