Hernandez realized after being a full-time police officer for fifteen years that there was a real need for quality towing in New Braunfels. J.J. followed the footsteps of his father Armando Hernandez who runs the Hernandez Service Center, service since 1978. Just had a great and VERY responsive visit from these guys! I’m on the HOA board and live in the Rivertree Neighborhood in new Braunfels. When we have vehicles that are illegally parked at our lake park, these are the guys we call. Amazing to deal with. They promptly answered the phone and were quick to arrive - less than 30 minutes - ready to hook up vehicles that don’t have passes displayed and are illegally parked at our lake park…helping us to send the right message to those people that don’t live here and also to people that do live here that don’t have their passes displayed. Thank you Specifically to David Fenton.

We received great customer service from JJ and this company yesterday. My son's car overheated on the access road in Kyle on his way home to New Braunfels. I was happy to find this New Braunfels LOCAL business to help! They answered the phone right away, and sent a truck immediately from the Kyle location. It was the middle of rush hour - just after work - so it was hot with heavy traffic. Towing is always going to be expensive, but we are fortunate to have it covered with insurance. They always answer and return phone calls promptly and sent me a receipt so I can submit to insurance for reimbursement. We were very happy with this service!

The best experience I have ever had with a towing company... especially since my daughter is away for school and I could not be there to help her....
