Last time I went there. Waisted a few hours of my day and 100$ looking for a specific part. At first I went there by myself and I asked if the part is available they told me it's on the computer it's available. I askes if i can take a look they didnt even look at me. Then I hired someone paid by the hour to help me remove it. When we got there the whole car wasn't there. There is no way someone came and took the car apart in 30 min. I will never go back there. You act busy to help your customers hopefully one day there will no customers to help and all the time in the world.

30 years since I visited this place , it's had 3 or 4 different names , over the years , a little bit tricky to find , and my intended vehicles , weren't all next to each other , but a decent distance between them all , needed pick up truck bed mounting bolts. Curiously , all 5 trucks had bed liners , and fully loaded with parts. Took my chances with the best condition trucks (2) , and unloaded the beds , and pulled the liners , one truck only had one of the bolts needed , the other wasn't there , so repeated the process on another truck , one of the bolts in that bed , was basically corroded , but I bought that one too , maybe usable incase. The lot was pretty muddy , bring some rubber boots , or jump to dry spots , if it's been raining heavily , recently. I forgot the breaker bar at home , but found a strut tower brace , that was a rectangle tube , about 2 1/2 feet long , with open ends , 3 cars away from the truck , and it worked beautifully. I had a blast , it was 98 degrees , sweating profusely (bring water!) , filthy , and I can't wait to need more parts from there. I need to get better at picking the best candidates , some parts on 29 yr old stuff isn't mint , but usable . I saved about $80 and got genuine parts , the other available new parts online , were made in China. UMMM , no . The guy who checked me in , must of been having a rough morning , the guy who cashed me out , was from N.Y. , was cool , efficient , and personable. If you know what you need , got wrench skills , tools , some patience in sometimes extreme conditions (summer), and don't mind doing some work , make a day of it , it's exciting. Spent about 90 minutes there. It's worth the trip.

Their pricing makes no sense. For example dual radiator fan is over 100$ used in who knows what condition and in zone or advanced parts is 10$ more and online even cheaper then on junkyard. That is not the way to do business.

Gave full details and answered all questions honestly with rep that set up to purchase my vehicle. On day of pickup, they try to take a couple hundred off quote. Calls are monitored and recorded so they can play it back and hear the conversation. Scammers. Go elsewhere.

Hayden was so helpful and friendly! He should definitely be promoted because there needs to be more people like him in charge. Great experience when in a stressful situation!

Wasted my time coming here. They do not keep track of the vehicle parts which are already sold. Their computers show the parts are available on multiple vehicles, so you pay the $3 entry fee only to find the parts are gone. I checked 5 vehicles on the list the clerk printed, and all the listed parts were gone already. I tried informing the desk clerk, and he never took notes on what was already sold. So the next person looking for the same parts will come up empty too after paying the entry fee.

Never have decent parts, they charge way 2 much for entry. Ive been going there when the name was cophers and its gone down hill. The only person that actually works there is the soda machine, everyone else stands around doing the least as possible, I stood behind a gentleman for 5 & a half minutes while the one lady helped him the other employee got done doing what he was doing and just stared at me when he could have been helping me. the parts are over priced, weathered, and or dry rotted. I'd rather buy new than go here ever again 👎

Staff were super helpful and friendly! The price was also awesome for some roof rails for my SUV. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Also note, there is a $3 entry fee per person... I got my money's worth :)

Great place for late model parts at good prices. All their inventory of cars with pictures is on the web, so you can see the condition of the car. You can setup alerts for year, make and model and you will get an email or a push message through the mobile app when a car you are interested in comes into the yard. The web and app also show the location of the car and it is easy to find in the yard, they have all the rows numbered. Don't let them charge you extra for a warranty you don't need. They don't tell you they automatically add it in when checking out. If you look at my receipt you will see they charged me $9.90 for a warranty on a piece of molding! Before you go! - Need to bring your own tools to take the parts off yourself, they have wheelbarrels and carts in the yard to use for free, but you cannot take them to the parking lot. - There is a $3 charge to get into the yard and you cannot bring any car parts into the yard, only tools. - They check your bag on the way out, so don't even try stealing anything! - All the parts prices are listed on their website, they don't charge by year, make or model - just the type of part. - There is also an environmental fee charged based on the total of the parts you buy. - Be sure to decline the warranty if you don't want it. At some point they started automatically adding it, and with the rush to check you out, you may forget.

I've been going to this yard since the cohper days! I cannot believe the pricing! The reason for a " U pull it" is usually bargains. I needed a camshaft and the cashier charged me for a whole cylinder head. I get the no splitting rule, but charging $349.99 for a used head I have to pull myself is just wrong! And a $24.50 environmental fee on top of it is just insult to injury. I'm done and will never be back! Good luck with your new pricing system.

Great prices. A lot of newer vehicles not all picked clean. Found everything I needed and some bonus items like a factory sub box with a brand new Kicker speaker!! Great score.

On Sunday September 17, 2023 I went to Pick Your Part Clearwater. I located a wheel that I needed. I took the wheel to the front counter. I asked how much the wheel was. I was told $53. I said to the counter lady that is great. I want to buy two of them, but I have to get the other one. I went back and grabbed the other wheel from the yard. I brought both of them inside to buy them. The transaction began but was interrupted by the office manager. The office manager said she had to refund the transaction because one of the wheels was charged as a steel wheel when both are aluminum wheels. Also, now she has to charge more for the tires too. Since the office manager returned the steel wheel I no longer had enough funds on my credit card to cover the new transaction because it takes 3 days for Pick Your Part to process returns. For this reason I was unable to purchase both wheels. But I was able to buy one of them. I was told that the counter lady helping was new there. But I do not believe it. I could tell the office staff was hustling me. Why? Well.... This was not the first time something like this happened to me at the Clearwater Pick Your Part location. About a year ago I went there to buy a car door. I asked when I got there how much a car door is. I was told the price. But when I worked hours in the sun to retrieve the door and brought it up to the counter the price was more than the original price. Why? Because I had to pay extra for the mirror and arm rest. Really? My question is; Why can't your employee's give an honest price? Because these experiences are not accidental. This happens every day to your customers there. This is just the tip of the iceberg... Your office staff is awful. Yesterday they ganged up on me. And treated me very mean. No one deserves this kind of abuse. Especially when I was there to buy wheels to help a single mother with children stuck on the side of the road. You should be ashamed of yourselves! ...Next time I am going on Facebook Marketplace to buy car parts.

Clearwater LKQ is the best pick Your Parts out of LKQ I went to the Largo location , the manager there is not very nice to deal with . But the Clearwater LKQ is so far the best one and very fair in prices .

This place is trash! You can literally buy new parts for the same price they charge maybe even cheaper. Sure they may be “aftermarket” but they carry a longer warranty than this place and you don’t have to disassemble 9 cars to get them. Junk yards are supposed to house cheap parts to get you by until you can buy new, this place is selling used parts for more than new parts and their “warranty” is garbage too!

I recently purchased a battery that is supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. It lasted a few days and I came back to hopefully get a good one and since I lost the receipt even though the battery was freshly marked with a sticker and I showed my bank transaction for the purchase I was told I have to buy a new one. Asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t helpful at all and rude. Usually I’d never make a bad review but i feel like I was treated unfair over a battery that comes with a warranty that only worked for a few days

Terrible experience. Website said they had an ac compressor in stock. I drive 45 minutes, the counter person says they have it. Go out to the car, and the ac compressor isn't there. When I go back inside to let them know so they can remove it from their inventory list, they say no, it's all good. It is not all good.

Bad customer service at checkout. It's a shame my husband goes to all the lkq u pick and this is one of the locations that treats him bad. Making it difficult all the time he goes in with his tool box and no problem, at the time of checkout any parts he's buying they question him why he brings tools ,how is he supposed to get parts out of vehicle is doesn't have his tools.its not like lkq provides you with any tools and once your all the way into the yard in this heat, your not going to stop and go in the office to ask for tools. Very disappointing. No wonder this lkq u pick is empty. Need to treat customers with respect.

Called about a part over the phone. I went to purchase and they said double the price. I advised them I'd been quoted another amount. They didn't care. So I called customer service and explained the situation. They looked the part up and confirmed the price was $16 and not $30. I asked if they were going to honor their pice they told me. I just got the run around about service fees and blah blah blah. That's fine. Now you've lost another customer as it appears you've been loosing many. The customer service was at the yard wasn't bad but it wasn't pleasant...its a junkyard so I wasn't that worried about that. I too had showed up 25 min before closing and was told to come tomorrow. Which that didn't bother me. But don't try scamming me of my money. If you quote me a price you should hold up to that. Especially if I call you again and you confirm the price is what you originally quoted

Found what I needed for a good price. They charge you for a warranty by default. If you don't want a warranty, make sure you tell them - otherwise your purchase will cost twice as much.

Paid $3 to get in, found my rf antenna for the remote start, pulled it and they wanted to charge me $57 for it. I went to the dealer and paid $50 for a new one. Looks like they pray on poor people.

I love LKQ especially this location the selection of cars is great.I spend a lot of money here and time and it’s usually great but the cashier Tom is absolutely horrendous. He clearly hates his job and should either leave or change up from Customer Service because he clearly has no people skills. It makes me sad that all of the other LKQ cashiers are so great but Tom has consistently been so demeaning. Will change review if anything changes. Still a great location besides him.
