Very great service all done in a good timely matter. The other 2 places I called before were low balling me. I called them and got a better offer and they was further out than the other 2 companies I previously called. Coy arrivedarrived up our vehicle and stayted there with us until our ride showed up. I went to four different places before this one, and the guys here were the only ones who were reasonable and not trying to cheat me out of what my car was actually worth, and didn't prey on the fact that I don't know a lot about cars to begin with. Called to get a quote because thats exactly what the website said to do. Guy answers, told him i had a few questions as to how this all works. He said " i dont have time for that" and proceeded to hang up on me. Went there in person cause i figured maybe he didnt understand that i wanted to do business. Walked in and the place looked deserted. There was not one single person present. Terrible experience.
