Absolute worst, if I could rate negative I would. Attempted to call to purchase a part, we also are a used parts yard and our company has purchased from them before so I assumed it would be no issue. The man on the phone refused to help me and kept insisting I was a third party when trying to order to our own location. Kept cussing me out and hanging up in my face. I asked for a manager and he kept getting ruder, I did my best to be polite with the gentlemen but he kept insulting me, and hanging up in my face. I would advertise where I work but honestly any used parts yard is better than shopping with people like this.

They found a used rim for me in a few hours to replace the 1 damaged by a pothole. I had to call a few times and stay on them. I guess they were super busy. After arriving to pick up rim I had to wait 30min in the lobby, but they were friendly. They gave me a fair price.

Only waited a lil longer for them to pull the part, (I waited an hour instead of 30mins). couldnt get the booster out my self, used master cylinder works great! The customer service was amazing, even gave me some tips on replacing the part myself.

Please stay away from this place they tell you that you have a 30 day warranty but if they sell you a part and it’s defective they still charge you a restocking fee of 25%

Called for a fuse box and was told they had one available. I got there and waited 36 minutes to come out without no part. The man blamed his computer inventory. I asked if next time I would call if they could put their hands on a part before I go. He said if the computer says it's available, they should have it. They did direct me to someone else with the part, so thank you. There is no point in calling for part if their inventory isn't accurate. Just physically go here to ask.

These guys are top-notch Honest so honest I bought a part ...that was not being the problem the gentleman said he would take it back with no problem.He was very smart knowledgeable gentleman very respectful definitely would go there again and recommend for anyone... I have a neon which is almost extinct like dinosaurs drove from New Port Richey definitely will do it again it car needs other things . 🙏 Prayers Not 🚫 Luv this place..

Highly recommend! Very helpful. 1st time I called they looked for part I needed, they didn't have. But the owner said call again, we get new parts in every day. I waited a couple days and the tail light for my Matrix was there! It was 4:45 when I called and owner who said come on down tho I was about 25 min away! Bought the part for very reasonable price and his staff were kind enuf to install for me (& it was past closing time!) I had to insist they take a tip! Great people...owner & staff. Thank you guys!

Assured me they had the part I needed and were going to pull it for me to save me time and when I get there I had to wait over an hour for a part that takes 15min to install so imagine how fast it should be pulled and after waiting for the part for after an hour they still were not able to get it for me and were trying to assure me they will get it for me butthe mechanic kept telling them they cannot find the part so instead of telling me they cannot find it they were continuously telling me they were pulling it. So I had to leave because I can't wait all day for one part when I have other things to do to run my business

Terrible customer service. Needed a rear end swap on my dodge ram. They told me on the phone to drop it off on Thursday morning 8am and I'll have it back on Friday morning 8am. My wife needed the truck to get to work Friday morning but when she called at 8am, they were extremely rude to her and then hung up on her. I called shortly after they were again rude and told me that the truck hadn't even been touched yet. Also the original price they promised me was a lie. I ended up paying almost 300 more dollars for the repair, it took them another whole day fix it, and my wife missed work because they didn't follow through with their promise that it would be done. I do not recommend going here for auto service, you will be disappointed. Also, it seems like they care more about drinking in the back room, than they care about the customers needs. I wish google would let me rate them at 0 stars, because 1 star is more than they deserve.

Not good. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes and watched this long haired old dude ignore me and take about 100 calls in front of me. Then he finally said can I help you? I told him the part i needed he looked in his computer and after about another 10 minutes said we don't have it. Said good luck finding it. Very rude. Never ever going back.

It's a junkyard, not a dealer showroom, so the other reviewers need to relax. I needed a Toyota part, they found it, got it next day and even waited til after closing for me to pick up. They even went out to the yard and hooked me up with an additional part I needed. I paid about 40% of new so well worth it. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I purchased a front and rear bumper for my white 2014 Nissan Altima. The lady who worked there reassured me I would be satisfied with the purchase. After picking up the parts and unwrapping them I noticed they were dark gray and did not match my car. I called the shop two days later to see what they could do letting them know what I was told verse what I was given and the employee said I was out of luck and they do not give refunds.

We totaled our car a few days ago and if it wasn’t for Magic’s help, we would have been at a complete loss. He was incredibly helpful through the entire process and we were impressed by his honest pricing. Definitely would recommend his shop!

The worse experience my husband bought a engine motor from this clowns and they rip him off. $1500 for a mess up rebuilt engine with a six month warranty. The engine was not working properly he took it back and they pretended they fix it. He end up buying a bunch of other parts because it wasn't working properly and finally they pull engine out and they mess up the top engine block when they rebuilt it and we try to take back and now its out of warranty. You talking about someone making easy money they did. They are horrible with customer service so stay away from this place. The owner do not take responsibility or honor my purchased.

Came to Magic to have them repair/rebuild our instrument cluster (speedometer). Very nice staff but don't hold true to their word. We spent $140 for this to be 'rebuilt'. After two weeks, it stopped working AGAIN (we had already brought it back twice and waited weeks for them to repair it). We finally took it to a reputable company who took the instrument cluster apart...come to find out-Magic never rebuilt it like they told us they did. They lied. What a disappointment. So that's my two cents just warning others not to waste your money here as you won't get results.

I am suprised to see so many negative reviews. I have gotten parts from them several times and have never had an issue. Sometimes you have to wait a bit because they are always so busy. Today I arrived 10 minutes after their posted closing time and they stayed to help me, and not just me, there were 3 people that came in after me, no one was turned away, or told they were already closed. 1 few weeks ago when I was there, the tech pulled parts for me while I waited , and it was pooring down rain, he did not look happy, but I never heard a complaint, and I got the parts I needed at a fair price and was in and out in a hurry This is so much better than those u-pull-it outfits where you never know what they have and waste hours wandering the lot looking for what you need.

Went there looking for a used part and was treated nicely and they offered to poll it for me without asking. I went to LKQ and they were rude and sarcastic to me, "You know you have to pull the parts yourself" (yes, I do, I replied as I had planned to get someone to pull it if they had my part) then they replied, "We can't tell you if we have that part or not, only the car, You'd have to go to car and look for yourself." I said that's fine, I will go look. Then they said rudely, "It's $3 just to go out there to look." Out the door I went. There was 3 guys there at the time and the other two said nothing. I guess that's how they treat women! Magic is a good place, unlike their competitors.

Bought a Cylinder head and was defective called them to get it replaced , when the replacement cylinder head arrives we didnt have the old one handy , so we offer to go get if they could hold on. Driver refuses to wait and says She needs either the money or the old cylinder head of course all that with an attitude. We just told the driver it's ok take the replacement head back. Called the parts department at Magic at parts salesmen says he can't do much about it.We understand procedures and needing the old cylinder head back , but attitude was not necessary , we are not asking for a favor here it's a service and a part that we paid for , at the end of the day we were out the money we paid for the cylinder head and no cylinder head. Keep in mind that we are shop that provides them consistent business. Well used to provide them consistent business.

Absolutely horrible service, they will tell you over the phone that they have the part you're looking for because they're too busy working the phones to take the time to check inventory. On the one occasion they did have the part it didn't work, leaky power steering pump, after taking it back off the car and returning it they still insisted it was good and wanted to charge me a restocking fee. The only good thing I can say is they are consistent, bad service and bad parts.

I purchased a used engine from them. It arrived damage and was no good. I contacted them about it and they refused to refund money or send another one. The parts manager: Daniel and the owner: Majid are crooks they stole over $600.00 from me. I'm an A.S.E certified tech. By trade and have installed tons of used engines and never had a problem like this. Avoid them like the plague!!!

Great parts but I had to load up the part by myself cause the guy took way too Long to help. He was putting on all of this extra stuff for his back and wrist and all but the part was only a hatch and it wasn't heavy heavy just wide and awkward to hold. By the time he should up I was driving out it took hime 15minutes just to come over so I couldn't wait anymore. I had to ask my wife to help

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Owners don’t care about reviews customer service and they don’t check reviews or get back to reviews. Read the number one thing that comes up is terrible service and management when you arrive. They will have you wait but up to you if you are willing to chance it IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR A PART AND HAVE OVER 1 HOUR to spend here do it Read reviews before and support other family owned and operated that want to make business and treat clients with a sense of urgency. **** READ OTHER REVIEWS. SAME PROBLEM. PEOPLE WAIT. GOT HERE FOR A SIMPLE THING A BATTERY ARRIVED AT 3:40 pm and around 4:50 they ASKED ME TO COME MONDAY BECAUSE THEY CANT PULL IT OUT. THEY DONT NEED THE MONEY. Tried calling for one hour; finally got through. I gave information to the guy and he tried to tell me there were so many tires/rims available for that car he couldn't possibly get the right one. This was after I told him the exact tire and rim size I needed. He said I was wrong. I've owned this 2005 BMW Z4 since 2007. I've purchased two tires each year putting them on the rear and moving the rear to the front. Once I educated him on the car he sounded very anxious and couldn't wait to end the call. I had several more parts I was looking for. That's when he said he only had one Z4 on the lot. What a putts. Get more help with more knowledge.

Horrible, horrible. Do not ,I repeat do not waste your time trying to do business with them. I went there at 10 a.m. one morning looking for a cosmetic window trim for my Buick SUV. A middle age, optic glasses wearing guy named Mario ( I believe) took my request and asked me to wait a while. My thought was : Hey since he didn't say " We don't have that particular part" it was worth waiting. Two hours later, after approaching the counter a couple of times, being told to please give us a few minutes, " Mario" asks a guy who I believe was a runner and part puller , about the part I was looking for. And to my " hair pulling surprise" the answer was : - Sorry, we don't have that part ( without even looking) . I don't think the guy was lying, but " Mario" could have asked him the moment I put the request in and not wasted two hours of my day. Never again will my car pull in their parking lot, even if I knew that they are the only junk yard in town.

Well all I can say is that for a MOM, 1000 miles away, trusting a Mechanic/Shop with my baby girl and her car situation, was Beyond Awesome. They not only helped her remove an old car and salvage but helped her in a sticky situation when she went to purchase a new one. She is now the proud owner of a vehicle which they went through and checked out for her prior to purchasing. THEY really went ABOVE and beyond the normal Auto Parts store and for that I will forever grateful!

I've been shopping here for car & truck parts since day 1.Majic will work with you on saving money in most cases.They own 8 acres of all types of foreign & domestic vehicles stacked 4 hi.Jr.is the main man working the phones & his service over the counter is very professional as well.Very nice used auto parts yard.They pull your parts while you wait in their plush waiting room in no time @ all.My only spot for used vehicle parts,they back their parts up.

The bright light beyond my dark tunnel brought me to Magic Used Auto Parts and Salvage. My truck a 99 Mazda B3000 engine went bad. The following week was a nightmare searching other used trucks and options with my fixed income and limited funds that my employer loaned me. Then my friend found Magic in the phone book so I called.and was please that they had a 2005 engine with lower miles that would work in my truck. Then they gave me the deal that I could afford engine, labor, and time frame that I was very pleased with. Dan and Josh including others were very professional under the demands and pressure of constant phone calls and incoming customers. I've been driving my truck for over two weeks now and its running as great as when I bought it. Magic has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and I give thanks to their expert mechanics and staff for this wonderful experience. Bubba

Avoid this so called business. I purchased an engine from them and had it shipped up to my mechanics shop when it had arrived my mechanic started looking into it when he got to my truck and started noticing that the oil pan had a hole rusted in the bottom. Upon further investigation he noticed the rods were bent inside me and my father both have spent the last month and a half trying to get a refund from them. After being put on hold multiple times and being disconnected magically I got ahold of a man and I told them the situation and that they had til the end of the day to come up with a solution. Their so-called "solution" was for me to pay to ship it back down to then so they could inspect it and tell there was nothing wrong with it and then for me to pay to have it shipped back up instead of refund me the money and have it shipped back to them. When I said no to the offer he called me a liar and hung up on me. Never give any sort of business to this company. A major mistake on my part that won't happen again and it WILL BE CORRECTED.

Drove 3hours both ways for a part they said would be ready. Paid for it and waited 30 mins for them to pull the part. It looked like it was found on the titanic & did not want it. Charged me $25 restocking fee for something I hadn't seen. Poor business men.
