Horrible customer service at the location on Telfair Rd. I was told I would receive a phone call once the part was pulled- no phone call, gave them my money up front to pull the part and after speaking with a representative confirming it was okay for someone to pick the part up for me due to my car not running- 40min drive - Marcie gets a horrible attitude raising her voice and talking over me explaining that she told me it had to be me to get the part and the rep doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Very unprofessional. Any other time I’ve always had wonderful CS.

Casey is my hero! I drive for uber in Tallahassee and this was the only place that had the part I needed so I could drive this weekend. I went to the wrong location and had the wrong closing time. I called at 4:55 when I found this out and they closed at 5. Casey stayed 20 minutes late on a Friday to make sure I got my part so that I could make a living this weekend. I have never received better customer service from any parts dealer. She was so sweet and did it all with a smile on her face and refused to accept my tip. Incredible service rep, I cant help but imagine this company is honest and takes care of their employees.

This location allows you to get parts for cars or trucks and they pull the parts. Some items, like compressor or alternator are already pre-pulled and stocked. You can call their main line to see if they have the parts you are looking for. They can also order items from other LKQ yards around the nation.It's difficult to get folks on the phone at times or the hold wait is long. But that's probably as expected for this type of operation.
