    Quick in and out.You pick it and you pull it, affordable and great quantity and many selections of vehicles.great website and awesome staff. A sweet hearted woman helped me accurately pay for my items. I was even offered a tool from a fellow shopper great energy here.

    What is in my opinion a scam for extra money. #1 a core charge on most parts..even if parts are not rebuildable like a wheel. #2 a warranty.. getting a warranty on a plastic door panel even if you don't want or need it. They still charge you for one. In my case today the warranty was an add on of 40%.my part was $10.99 and the warranty was $4.99 how does a plastic trip peace need a 30 day warranty. To me it's a scam to get 6.18 from me charging a warranty and a core fee. As you can see that now is 60%more

    I’m new to Tyler Texas and a new auto repair shop own ( Backyard Motors US 64) So customer service is very important to me. Locos Gringos has a young lady by the name of Madison that makes my visit there worth it. She is smart and knows her job , she is professional and very polite . And her knowledge of vehicles as a females is so profound. I wish she worked for me .

    I was looking for the cheapest tire waiting for payday so I went here and while at the checkout grabbed the wrong price tire. Smiley so super nice and worked with me to help me walk out with a nice tire in my price range to make it till payday. Thanks so much, definitely my place to go for nice tires on a tight budget on a regular day, Thanks y'all!

    Tried to come in with my son, was going to wear him on my back to look for some minor parts and was told I could not bring him. There are no signs anywhere. Would definitely look elsewhere, parts are over priced and cars are mostly picked through.

    It was my first visit to this place. I called ahead of time and I told them I needed a rim for a 15 Ford edge. The lady on the phone said we have one. I drove All the way up there only to find out the lady meant they had the car not the rim.... Not to mention the lady at the front counter was not friendly and tried to make me feel stupid because I didn't know the sign up procedure. Very unfriendly and not helpful... They might let folks know ahead of time that they only tell you if they have the vehicle in stock that they have no idea if they the actual part.

    If you look on line. It tells you that last entry is 4:30 this is not true the will not let you in after 4:15. I called the prior day and confirmed 4:30. I showed up from Quitman at 4:20 and was refused entry very poor service will not use them again go to Longview cheaper any ways and better warranty

    It's the junk yard! They have all the old car parts you need to keep your pile on the road! Bring your tools and $2 to get in. They have sales all the time and All you can carry day which is absolutely insane fun! Be careful though I got stung by a wasp in a car there. Really hard to beat pick and pull auto salvage.

    Wonderful place every time I come here!! Today, the excessive heat wiped me out as I was stripping a car. Went into the lobby where staff immediately handed me cold, free, water, somewhere to sit in the AC, provided me with a large bag of ice to help me cool down! Another customer accidentally cut himself pulling parts and staff attended to his well-being and called an ambulance to ensure he was received aid. Staff is always so kind and helpful. And the deals & selection here are amazing!

    Pretty organized, however there's a LOT of tires in vehicles. Be sure to bring your own tools. Staff is pretty decent to deal with.

    It would be nice if you could answer the phone. Everytime I call its I'm sorry we can't answer the phone. I live 2 hours away I can't just drive there to ask you a question. And you have your number displayed all over your website... why?

    Great place if you like being overcharged for a part that you had already priced by $20 and spoken to rudely by kids that have no idea what they're doing, and then argue with you when you have proof in your hand. It would be okay if they change people .they are horrible and very rude. After spending 2 hours pulling a part in the rain knowing what the price was ,I was charged more For Less . Didn't even get the warranty and it was $20 more than the original receipt I had two days earlier for the same exact part if I would have gotten a warranty for 30 days . But they couldn't even tell me why there was 10 extra bucks tacked on.

    For the most part the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I have only ever had this one problem. However this is the third time that I have had said problem. The price on there website is different from what I get charged by 25-50%. I point this out to the ladies up front and pretty much told "well this is the price. Do you want it or not? " and that there's nothing that can be done about it.

    I asked to return a part that i got a warranty on and the told me there was nothing they could do so i out 150$ and the cashier gave me a really hard time and did the exact thing that i needed done for the Mexican guy next to me. So i felt as if they where being racist. Then the guy told me he gets off at 5 and he wants to fight. 0/10 would not recommend

    Wanted to correct wrong information in their system. Called to correct said it had to be done on computer when signing in. Got there to computer asked worker who was controlling mouse navigation at the time and told me I couldn’t make the correction. Requested to delete my number because they refused to try to make the correction per customer’s request, the said they couldn’t delete my number out of their system. Now they have my number in their system without my permission. I feel like they are discriminating against me.

    I dont like the way LENNA handle her mistake first of all she didnt want to give me a receipt for the return she said only you take a pic after I take pic for receipt I found that she still owe me money I went back I take it with no apology 🤷‍♂️

    Great prices, especially on 50% off day. The yard is clean and organized. The hands will help you with the forklift, if needed, and they have wheelbarrows and flat bed carts to use for free. Great pick and pull.

    Depending on what you're looking for, selction is hit or miss. I found some things I'd been looking for, but be prepared for them to pull the "website is not up to date" line when it comes time for parts pricing. Sensors on the website were listed for $7.37, but they decided to charge me almost $15 per sensor. When I asked to talk to the owner they told me not a chance and it was take it or leave it and that they didn't care. They picked apart all the parts, to make sure they got every additional markup they could, including making sure to charge me 0.35 for a single fuse in a fuse box, thankfully on one of the other fuse boxes they took a pliers and destroyed the measly 4 fuses so they could charge me the lower "unloaded" rate (still not sure how 4 measly fuses would have qualified as loaded) on the fuse box. I thought I had clean door panels, but apparently the lock and unlock button are additional switches for them to upcharge on the pannels. I can't complain to bad on this though, because their interior door pannel price was reasonable. Overall I was happy with how clean the yard was, and they had plenty of wheelburrows available. While almost all their "newer stock" was stripped over motors and transmissions, there was a decent assortment of other parts still remaining on the vehicles. If not for the hastle and (mostly) attitude given me at check out I would have gladly given 5-stars. I would have thought that spending over $1,500 on small items would earn a little nicer interaction, but they are absolute sticklers on making sure you get charged for each part at the rate they determine, and the price on the website may or may not be right. This was just my experiance, I've tried to be fair and honest... there are some great things about this place, and some that could use improvement.

    Very professional staff that will help you in any way they can. If they don't have it they will help you find it. The facility it clean and well organized which makes finding what you are looking for all that much easier. The phone receptionist was honest and forthright about what I would find in the yard and what my chances were to do so. These guys were busy for a late afternoon Saterday, but the staff was helping everyone in a fast and accurate fashion. All in all I found them to be very worthwhile and highly recommended them to anyone for an automotive reclamation!

    These people are idiots. They're rude. They are racist. You get different service if your not of the Hispanic/Mexican community.They charged me for every single button, knob, etc., which is understandable. But when I come to return what was unused, I didn't get refunded for each button, knob, etc. You can tell by the way they interact with customers that they favor the Hispanic community. Favoritism is gonna happen wherever you go, just don't make it so blatantly obvious in front of other customers.
