Not happy. Purchased a low mileage transmission for my daughter’s truck…. Drove it three times. Hard shift problem,weird downshift issue. Been trying to resolve it without spending more money. They will not honor the warranty unless I pay to get the truck to a shop for inspection. Fighting this for about two months.

These people are the worst I've ever dealt with i bought an engine and they offered extended warranty but all thats its a big way to legally rob people they do everything in their power to no honor the warranty, do not buy from RCS they will not help you at all. I lost almost 3000 dollars to these company. Its not worth the hassle.

I totally understand them not guaranteeing salvage parts but it seems like when they do acquire these parts that they would at least make sure that the basics are still on them such as gaskets or things that make the part worthy to the buyer and when you bring it to their attention that it is a bad part and the very immediate thing they say is we don't guarantee anything that just goes to prove that they're not making any effort to see that they're selling good parts they're only effort is to make money and if I wasn't quick and smart enough to check apart before I left out of there I would have got screwed and be aware when you do order something it's not going to be any quick delivery I waited a week for it to come in just for it to be no good

No other salvage parts seller offers the same... I asked... We received one wrong colored fender and without any hesitation he refunded. SCAM ARTISTS-AVOID AT ALL COST! Would give 0 stars if I were able. Bought 2 parts for my vehicle and drove from ft Worth to get them. The staff was rude and incompetent. Spent nearly 1000.00 just to have them not even be able to confirm they had the parts, even with the confirmation email I received. HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

Great service from customer service on the phone to pickup at the yard. Much better than the "crazy" place down the street. Needed a wheel for my Jeep and was able to get same day with friendly service. Definitely recommend and will be using for future part needs.

I'm just trying to sell a car and know this is the place for foreign car parts. The guy who answers the phone must hate his job because he was rude and not helpful at all. Everyone usually doesn't call the right place but if they can't help you atleast refer you to someone else.This is not the place to call unless u like rude people. This is the second time this has happened and will promise not to make it a third. I'll make the drive out of town before I even think or refer anyone else to this place

Hacks canceled my order claiming the part was damaged and then relisted it for a different price. If you messed up the price be honest instead of blatantly lying. Terrible business practice.

Called 3 time , spent time for nothing gave them their stock# , 2 different people gave me 3 different prices , 3 time they dropped phone ... last time they said we don't have it ... on of them , I guess , Jeremy , counted shipping charge for distance between TX and OH ... he said more than 900 ml. and priced for shipping said $150 ! for box 30X7X7 with no more 9 lbs , like he should driving car ... really stupid customer service ...

This delivery stop is easy to find, with a timely and helpful shipping staff.... to get into the dock off 271, you must enter the driveway and line yourself in front of the dock. Fare warning, the traffic is fast on 271 if you don't get lined up quickly.

Ordered a part from their eBay... as soon as it arrived i was worried due to how the box looked.. part was half way out box looked like it took a ride on a roller coaster then fell off. Called Rcs the next day, they stated to send the part back they will inspect it ( this was after the fact of getting transferred over and over again till finally i got frustrated and told one of the salesman i need a manager)..... Its been a week, they still claim they haven't received the part but yet it was delivered 4 days ago!! Still have got no refund, and keep getting the run around. Also they recently just got 20+ FAKE REVIEWS done the past few days... even at odd hours at the night. Its obvious this company is making FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS to balance out their negative reviews... 5 star after 5 star... wish i could give 0 stars... its obvious these guys are doing shady stuff and trying to cover it up... I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!

We purchased a product through eBay. It was not the correct one. We were unable to print the return label.We return the item and paid our own postage. Within the 30 day return. We have made multiple inquiries about getting our refund. This company will not refund our money.I would not recommend anybody doing business with this company.

This is a good place because of their prices but also know when you buy from them it’s a 50/50 chance your product will work. I bought an alternator from them and went to get it tested and it failed twice. So be aware.

They won't let you see parts before pulling them. I was looking for a wheel. They quoted me an A condition perfect wheel price, then brought out a B condition wheel with a 12-14" scratch on the face and told me "that's a perfect wheel". I could get a scuffed wheel that would be easier to fix from their competitor for $50 less. It's a used part isn't an excuse for misrepresenting the condition. Edit to add: I offered to buy the wheel with the tire on it, even at an extra cost, because I was afraid they would scratch the wheel while taking the tire off. After speaking with a tire shop owner and telling him about my experience, it is clear that is exactly what happened. The worst part of the experience was still the attitude of the employee in the office. I miss the days when you could go out in the yard and at least see the part, or even pull it yourself.

I needed an A/C control module for my truck. No one could get me one. Dodge house quoted me $700+ to one. The folks at RCS had the part for $60. These are the guys to see. Very happy

We called and spoke to a man up there on Thursday about a kframe for a car the man said they could get one it would take 2-3 to get it in we called back on Monday they said the one they had wouldn't work that they didn't order parts when I told the man on the phone what the other guy Said he put me on hold we were discussing an engine we had coming in for another vehicle he came back on the line and caught part of a conversation and repeated what I had said and then raised his voice and said what u want me to send u a bent part I'm telling him that we were having a conversation that didn't have anything to do with them and then he hung up horrible customer service make customers wait for parts they don't have they never even tried to call us and tell us they didn't have one were still waiting on a check for a part on a motor that was broke and we replaced

I called on January 8th 2021 asking for an engine for a 2002 Chevy 2500 that I saw online, the "customer service agent" named Mario told me that he was going to give me a call back. Unfortunately he did not, I waited 3 days and I decided to take the initiative to call back and he literally increased the price to $1500.. Mario was very unprofessional and rude. I requested to let me speak with the owner and he yelled over the phone and sent me directly to an end road line. Certainly, he thinks he owns RCS Auto Recyclers. I will leave my direct contact 469 four12 two979. My first time ever leaving a review. It was horrible.

Poor customer counter service. Went in for a transmission, paid, came back the next day to pick it up after making all the arrangement with a shop & rental only to find they sold me the engine instead! Now I have to come back another day and basically start all over. I’m pretty sure if I sold parts for a living I would know the difference between the work engine and transmission.

Called over to look for a transfer case and told the guy what year models would fit and he got rude and asked what exact year my vehicle was so again I needed between 07-11. He then got very rude and said you have to tell me what year your vehicle is! I told him I was building a Jeep and these are the year models that will work. He then said hang on just a minute and clearly hung up on me. I then called back 4 times and no one would answer the phone. I'm in the car business and will most definitely be spreading the word how these folks do business.

I recently purchase a motor for a customer. I was told that it had been run tested and verified. I received motor and it had a hole in valve cover when it was dropped off. I figured no big deal probably got damaged during transport. I transferred everything over and continued with install. When getting read to lower engine in found oil pan cracked. Called RCS and they said to replace oil pan they will pay for it. Swapped pan after wasting about 2hrs on waiting. Finished install tried to start and found engine had no compression on one cylinder. Called them back and they where very unhelpful. We will send you another they said with no help with labor. Told them to send me my money back for motor and oil pan. They then send me money only for motor only and not oil pan said they don't need pan. I informed them that I cant send pan back because its already installed and I no longer have box. Now I have to fight with them to get my money back for a part I don't need not to mention time I have already lost for having to do a job twice and push other jobs back.

Pros: They have everything you could ever need. Cons: They all are so beautiful you never want to leave. I walked in one evening to pick up some last minute parts, only to enter and hear the most beautiful angel, Gamaliel Quezada serenading the room, with what only can be described as a mixture between Fergie and Jesus. As if that didn't make the experience good enough already, my parts were sitting there waiting on me. Great atmosphere, more than willing to help with anything, top notch establishment. 5 stars isn't enough.
