Wondering why the driver in the white wheel lift is using police sirens? Isn't that illegal? And then I call your company to ask why your using sirens and get to told what business of mine is it? Good thing I got it on dash cam, I'll be filing a complaint with the sheriff's office.And just incase your not sure, I looked it up for you.15B-9.005. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I hired them to have my car towed to a body shop after I was rear ended. While my car was in their possession they lost my license plate. I have photo evidence of it before it went on the tow truck and after it was dropped off to the body shop my plate was no where to be found. I called and asked if they would reimburse me for the plate that they either lost or stole and he was extremely rude and would not do so. He ended up hanging up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I also went to the location and it was absolutely disgusting and trashed.

They are never available when you need them to haul something. Promises they will call you back and never does. I don’t see how this place is still in business.

Was driving by on motorcycle with my 9 yr. Old daughter looking for parts for my 70 El Camino, saw a Chevel inside the open gate on the back side pulled inside to check the year of the Chevel as I was looking for the year of the chevel, tail light, Vin.#, ect. McGuffey came out and locked the gate smiling. Kept us there for 1 1\2 hours locked in. I explained to him I was only seeing if this junk car which was only 30 feet inside fence was the correct year and I had no tools with me as well as a child which amused him greatly. He left and came back hours later. I have never been back.

Extremely rude people, hire another towing company. They'll do the same job but actually treat you like a human being.
