EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I hired them to have my car towed to a body shop after I was rear ended. While my car was in their possession they lost my license plate. I have photo evidence of it before it went on the tow truck and after it was dropped off to the body shop my plate was no where to be found. I called and asked if they would reimburse me for the plate that they either lost or stole and he was extremely rude and would not do so. He ended up hanging up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I also went to the location and it was absolutely disgusting and trashed.
