Friendly Staff, extremely courteous and welcoming. Guided me through the simple sign in process to get into the yard. With only a reasonable $3 entrance fee my hunt began. No tools and I was off on my way. An amazing selection of cars and trucks, especially later model SUV’s. I was floored. Cars and trucks are organized separately in rows although finding what I was looking for posed a challenge. Rows are numbered which helps, unfortunately there is no organization to them. Ford and GM cars and trucks are organized decently as well as Chrysler/Jeep products, unfortunately everything else seems to be scattered about. Cars seem to be slotted in wherever there’s a void. In all fairness the Passenger Cars May very well be organized according to vehicles year of manufacture and this could be something I have overlooked. This site has a stand alone facility for people looking to sell their cars which is great. Also an Autoglass shop right on the property as well in the Pull your parts parking lot. A huge bonus if you’re in a pinch. A couple recommendations Remove peoples personal belongings before processing cars into the yard. The items left in these vehicles are scattered everywhere, and if I need to remove a spare tire from a unit I really don’t want to be going through a trunk full of clothes etc that’s been sitting out in the elements with Who knows what inside…. Needles, waste and so on. Huge Health and Safety issues. Parts scattered on the ground in between vehicles and rows makes it extremely dangerous, especially with the sand, making passage between cars and through rows unsafe. A genuine concern for what could be a sharp object just beneath the surface. I understand customers sign a waiver as I did, although it is the facilities responsibility to provide a safe and easily accessible environment for the customer. Lastly. A proper restroom. Port a Johns are ok. But this place deserves better!

Have visited 'Pick-n-Pull' several times over the years. Friendly staff. Sarah was very courteous and professional. Descent pricing on parts. Great hours of operation. Be prepared to sign waiver. Sometimes their inventory is a bit off but they've always had what I was looking for. Their yard seem to well organized and grouped by manufacturer make. If you're going to be awhile I would suggest wearing a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen and bring water. Will return.

They charge too much for most of their items and also this place is ridiculous when it comes to selling them a vehicle..no matter what you have they only offer a couple hundred bucks . It can be brand new and run/drive fine and still pennies on the dollar. Then turn around and sell it for 2-3 grand and not even ever have a mechanic touch it. Don't sell here!!

After driving all the way to the pick and pull in Tallahassee, arrive before 530 only to be told that the yard is already closed even though the sign says they close at six. Employees were less than useful, I encourage the employees to find a little more enthusiasm or else get a different job.

Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. We're from out of state had an appointment for puck up between 8-12. No one showed until 3. When we finally got ahold of them they said driver had a flat tire. Ok it doesn't take that long to change a tire. The driver so oh I thought yall was at a home address. NO I'm sitting here in fla heat waiting on you. All he said was Oh. I'm sorry. Wasted my whole day.

They had the tire which the whole town did not have. Polite, courteous, affordable. They also guided me how to buy a used tire and inspected the tire thoroughly before selling it to me. What price do we put on this courtsey and kindness.

Hot, hot day when I went. Stafff was nice enough, but as others have said, their inventory didn’t match what was actually in the lot. I couldn’t locate what I was looking for, because the model year they said they had, I couldn’t find. Maybe it was me, maybe the inventory was off. I would return.

I like visiting pick -n- pull. I don't know why. Find all kinds of little things left behind. And sometimes cool little cars. And see some funny things people do.

Every person that works there must hate their job. The dark haired, round guy with the ponytail that works the counter must have a miserable life and like to take it out on the customers. Or he might have a God complex to think he’s above everybody because he has an important job working the counter. Dear Pick-n-Pull, not everyone that comes through the door is a crackhead. Some of us are decent members of society and are only there as a last resort. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Unprofessional, slow and rude. Front door is always locked. You have to stand in long lines while the cashiers take their time assisting customers. I hate this location, it's the worst!

Prices have went up still thankful we have a yard to go too to pull parts, people are nice and helpful. Wish however they would do something about the thick dirt you have to hike through before getting to the yard. It was heck pulling seats through this last time.

very rude place. I went for the first time for hubcaps for toyota sienna and despite the front desk knew that all the cars available do not have any wheels(this was the case for 99 percent vehicles and they had no wheels), they took the $ 2 and sent me in the hot day to wander for 30 mins with nothing available and the staff was so insensitive. Somebody should tell them to be human and guide the customers better since money is not everything.

Great staff here. They were always trying to help and explain how things were in there system of parts and what was to come. I asked some very detailed questions and there wasn't a stumble to the answer . They were spot on. The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of inventory. Mainly chevy Trucks and suv's. I thought that they would have more. But great place I love walking around out there. Yep!

Had exactly what I needed. Using the website will let you know if they have the make and model of the car you need as well as the tire it is located in. Bring whatever tools you need and $2 a person to go "browse". Remove your part(s) from the vehicle and take it inside to see what the damage (cost) to your wallet is. My part was $170+ tax and shipping online and cost me $20.09 out the door. Will be back.

Showed up yesterday sometime in the 320 range. Took the young lady behind the counter a few moments to acknowledge me at 3:31PM . I was informed by her the yard was closed for the day, Even though the business hours on all the signs and doors state they are open until 4pm. Sorry, I was waiting in your lobby To be acknowledged prior to your supposed “cut-off time”. Just went back to my office and ordered the part off of eBay, less attitude and aggravation that way.

My first visit wasn't great. Second visit was my last. At checkout I'm told the prices are almost double the online parts price listing. Because, well we decided to raise prices but keep that fact a secret and we expect you to pay the new higher secret prices. Scum

My husband called this place to see if they had a part for his truck. The guy who answered the phone was really rude. When he was was looking up the part he named another truck type so my husband said no it’s a Chevy not Ford. The phone attendant snapped really nasty at my husband (he was on speaker phone) that he knew it was a Chevy he was reading his list. When my husband said well excuse me the phone attendant rudely hung up. Since this is a self service used part place where you go out and pull the part yourself and there are others in Tallahassee that pull them for you, I would suggest trying all others first and avoid this choice if possible.

Great place if looking for cart parts at a somewhat cheaper price. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you must remove items yourself and you pay $2 just to get inside to look for the parts you need. They will look up the year make and model to make sure they have the vehicle you need. It's a huge place lots of walking required in deep sand!

My 9-year-old son has been wanting to go to Pick-N-Pull for over a year. My wife took him there this morning as a reward for his last report card. He is way into cars and was looking forward to this. When they get there they find out he has to be 16-year-old years old to enter. Now he is in crocodile tears. I called management and expressed my extreme displeasure. I even offered to pay one of their staff to walk around with us. Still no, it's a safety measure they say. I'm looking for alternatives for him and for future car parts purchases. Very very disappointing. Why isn't it enough for the parent to sign a waiver like every other place in the world we take our kids too?

Called for my mother, the lady was the rudest person I have ever talked to. Then when I tried to call back, she wouldn't answer the phone. My advice is to get a nicer person for your customer service. I will never call this place for help again.

I did a quote to sale my car to pick n pull online. Since I have 2 last names on my driver's license and only one on the title I had to go to picknpull in person to fill out forms. I showed up at 2:23 the door was locked to the office. I called the phone number for this location pressed 2 for the office no one answered. I waited called again no one answered then I called the number again and pressed one to talk to a customer service person. The guy I talked to was rude and wouldn't allow to explain the situation. After the 2nd time he asked ok and how can I help you? With an attitude. I snapped and said noone is here in the office. Is there something else I can do. The guy puts me on hold for a few minutes then hung up on me. My dad went to the yard entrance and asked if the office was closed and a young girl told him Justin is supposed to be up there she would call him. She said she called and he didn't answer. She got on the PA to see if he was in the yard but nothing. I waited for 40 minutes for the office to open. I wasted my time and gas.

Not a bad place. Not a fan of the $2.00 entry fee and how almost every vehicle has been picked clean by scavengers just roaming aimlessly around the yard. If you know what you're after and know what to look for, you'll do just fine. Also, their computer inventory needs to be redeveloped. They can look for a certain year and model, but not various models made through out a five or six year span that share all the same parts. However, I have found numerous parts that I've needed so I'm glad they're around.

Drive an hour and a half away to find that they cant tell the difference between an automatic transmission or a manual. Time wasted and if you call they cant tell you anything about the inventory. Lot is poorly maintained to the condition of soft sugar sand.

the warranty they offer has a catch, if it doesn't work out bring it back, you go pull another part, and pay half price on that part. the service staff there are extremely rude and obnoxious! I was a few cents short in cash to go on the lot and the black lady refused to allow me go pull an engine that I was going to purchase with a debit card. no worries though I found another one that was warrantied, shipped and ready to fire for just $100 more. they lost out on 350 dollars because I was 7 cents short on the $2 dollar lot fee. in the past as I have walked through I do remember the rows being numbered in no particular order and extremely unorganized with all makes and models in multiple areas of the yard and in all conditions. over all I hated my last trip there and would never suggest this racist place to ANYBODY! this is only for the one on s. Monroe / Woodville hwy in Tallahassee, florida. also the very first entry is obviously from the owner of this location, only one out of the other 10 reviews has a 5 star, other customers have on the average one or two stars and one has 3 starts, I believe this place should be put out of business and turned into a local junk yard run by the local people of Tallahassee who KNOW about automotive trades.

Drove an hour and 30 minutes, just to find out they close at 5:30 instead of 6:00. I asked if I could go in anyway because I knew what I needed and where it was, but i was turned away anyway with the rudest of replies by one of the employees. They should really update the times.

It's a great place when you need something small. I don't like that the ground is all loose sand. I don't know why it doesn't have a hard surface to get to the cars. You also have to be very careful not to step on nails or screws.
