Northlake Auto recyclers is an amazing establishment. They have almost any part available if not they'll order it if possible for you. The customer service is excellent yet amazing. They'll answer any questions you may have for your vehicle. It's so beautiful in there and the cleanliness is shocking. You'd never think your in an auto parts business. The mechanic there is amazing the owner is so kind and caring. If you need a part for your car, truck you name it if they don't have it which would be rare, they'll find it for you. What an amazing nostalgic business and again it's the owner and employees that make it well worth the it. I highly recommend North lake Auto recyclers. You won't be disappointed.

I searched all over the place for roms for my daughters 2011 Toyota Matrix with no success. They had four brand new rims for the car for a very great price. Even though they are about an hour from me, I will definitely check with them first.

I came in a week ago to get wheels, and the gentleman in front (can not remember his name) was very helpful, and the steps were easy as 1, 2, 3. I was able to receive the wheels within an appropriate timeframe, and will definitely come back if needed! Thank you so much!

Awesome place, they reserved a front fender for me for a week after ordering it, I had to move a family member to the south during the time of ordering and I wasn't able to pickup for a week. When I was able to make it back, I drove two hours and found out the part was actually reserved for me. It came with all the additional parts as described. It was exactly as described on the car-part search engine. I highly recommend Northlake Auto Recyclers!

First let me start by saying that I don’t always write reviews, but I am today because these guys deserve it. This is the nicest, cleanest and most organized automotive place I have ever been to. It may seem irrelevant, but it goes to show how they will be treating your parts before you make your purchase. I spoke to Bob over the phone about a Bumper assembly for my 2014 Cadillac CTS. They had it brought over and ready for me to pick up by the time I got there. Afterwards a gentleman brought my part out (which was in better condition than described) and loaded it into my van for me with extreme care instead of just handing it to me like you would expect. I drove over 4 hours to get to this place and it was well worth it. The staff here is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Best of all, the amount you save is worth it if you are coming from a distance. Thank you North Lake. I will be seeing you guys again very soon.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I purchased an alternator, and it was in great shape. Best part is that they pull the parts for you.
