Love this place! Wouldn’t go anywhere else I’ve been coming here 25+ years easily and I won’t go anywhere else! Staff is always friendly and helpful, even other customers help each other out here!! 95% of the time I find what I need as well thanks guys for being a great place in the city of Hammond for all these years

Would never go back. The lady at the front desk was nice but the management is terrible. They basically strong arm you into not getting your money back. The sign says no CASH refunds, so we paid with card and they wouldn't refund anything. It's misleading and I wouldn't recommend ever going there unless it's the last last last option you have and even then I would hesitate. If the sign said NO REFUNDS I wouldn't be leaving a bad review but they purposely mislead customers.

Sorry for the late review on these guys, but I've been coming here for several years now. Since 2002. I used to buy parts for my Taurus until it was time to send in the Taurus. (302k miles). That was a sad moment... Then it was the Avenger. No parts bought just drove the car in for sale. Sold 3 vehicles, and I have bought almost a hundred parts. They don't always have everything, but they haven't done me dirty yet. So I still come.
