Great place to scrap. Was a much better experience that I would have imagined. Everybody from the Crane Operator/ Loader operator/ Scale buyer inside and front office lady had exceptional customer service.

This place is better than the rest but too humble to claim it! Awesome staff! Making the most of the waste in this world! BIG shoutout to Aaron, that man is AMAZING! Thanks for all that you do!

wow what a blessing. we were able to dispose of some old tvs today, cables, old computer tower, and VHS tapes at Padnos and we had the absolute best experience ever by far. John, and Aaron were the nicest, genuine and helpful guys ever. their customer service is phenomenal and they deserve a raise. sending them so much love and gratitude for helping our family at this time. you guys are the best hands down! recycle your stuff at Padnos!

It seems that when you think of a scrap yard, you expect to be confronted with grumpy old guys that hate what they are doing, and care very little about what you are there for. Last Friday was my first experience with Padnos, and I can tell you that the above is far from reality. To start with, you are met in the office by a wonderful Gal, MS. Soper, who is very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and explained the process clearly. She would not let us go until she was sure that we had no questions. We listened to her instructions, feeling great about the interaction, but expecting to now run into the drudge with the guys in the back. We pulled up to the area as instructed, and stood outside waiting for our turn. A man in one of the large front loaders pulled up, and I expected that he was going to complain about where we had stopped. Instead he opened the door to his equipment, and explained that the gentlemen inside would be with us shortly, and stated we could start unloading items on the carts while we waited. Very soon thereafter, a young man came out and assessed what we had, and explained how the process worked, and we got things rolling. Often he apologized for the slowness of the computer system as we sorted and weighed items. He also gave us great information for future trips there, on how to sort differently, so we could make more money for our labor. The Friendliness, Professionalism, and Courtesy given by the employees at Padnos would rival the best restaurant or specialty shop. Then back to the office to see MS. Soper again, who provided us with more valuable information for future visits. Thank you Padnos for making what I expected to be a hassle a great experience!

Excellent service and great people. I salvaged my popup camper with them and forgot to remove the license plate. I called them and said I'd be back to remove it and when I got there they had already taken it off and brought it to me. They went out of their way and were incredibly helpful.
