    After reading the bad reviews on line i talked to a lady employee and decided to try them out as i needed a part that was unavailable almost anywhere in the United States so i was actually desperate she sent me a photo of the part to assure me she had since i had been scammed twice by other facilities in the amount of $200.00 the part came in exactly as it was described i am well pleased with the service from her i HIGHLY RECOMMENDED giving them a chance to serve you

    They sold me a broken transmission. I lost my receipt unfortunately, but businesses are allowed to reprint a receipt if it means getting a refund for something faulty. They flat out refused to try and print me another receipt, and had to go through the credit card company to do so.

    These people are awful. Do not buy parts from them. They sell you parts that are not working and scream at you. As a first time customer I had the worst experience. The first time I came in they asked me what do I want which is unprofessional. I bought a part that they told me good luck if it works or not which was awful. After less then 20 minutes the part quit working. I was yelled at and told I was a liar that i my battery was the problem and I did say anything about a batter. So I stood there getting yelled at and walked out in tears. Never go there. They take your money and yell at you and make excuses why it’s your fault their parts don’t work. Save your money go somewhere else. Don’t ever go you will get treated like trash and they will sell you non working car parts. Peggy is her name very awful. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer services. Sold me the wrong part which it happens sometimes. I went to return it and had to argue with the lady. She was rude as can be that they had to give me a refund. I paid in cash yet they gave me a check. Will never return here.

    Will never shop here for parts again! None of the parts I purchased worked! They weren't any good. There's only a 3 day return policy which makes it very difficult to get your money back. You may as well go purchase a new part somewhere else! By the time you're done here, you'll be spending just as much if not more!

    If I could give zero stars I would. I work for a body shop and while trying to order a transmission with stateline I was told for 3 days straight that they couldn't give me pricing nor agree to a price until a different person got there. I guess this person left their phone and must have disappeared for 3 days because I never got a call from them. I called them many of times with the same answer each time. The lady and the guy have no idea what the are selling and has no info on the transmission or even the vehicle is came off of(but it'd work for my vehicle??).. sounds odd if you ask me... Id say they need to get to know their shop and their customers better if they want to stay in business..

    Sold me the wrong part. Honest mistake. Wouldn't give me the right part until I brought in the one they gave me and my old one at the same time. I asked why I couldn't just bring in the wrong one first and give them the old one when I switched it out, since it was their mistake. Lady was super rude and to me said my fiance told her that part when I know he didn't because I was by him. In a extremely rude and unprofessional way. But that's fine just going to take the loss because I know they will not give me my money back for the part and I do not like to do buisness with people who speak to their customers in such a awful way.

    They had the part I needed already pulled, the price was less and they are open longer than their competitors too. Good place to get parts.

    very unprofessional i took my vehicle here for a window install due to me moving my vehicle was here 3days the workers went through my vehicle and left everything everywhere and stated thats what happen when you dont pickup your vehicle sameday all the workers are on drugs and looking for something to steal i highly consider taking your vehicle somewhere else...

    Shipped a wheel that was in terrible condition, listed as Grade A on their car-part.com listing. Appears to have been driven on while flat, tire sealing surface is severely damaged (and looks awful) Be careful of these guys. Won't refund shipping. What a waste of time and money.

    Dont go here are rude and will try to take yur money and when u buy the part and it dont match they will tell to bring in the part to match it and still didnt have the part I needed and gave me a check I paid in cash n they still gave me a check they told me they cant give cash back I will never go back there again I rather go online and order a part and wait 2 weeks rather than goin there and when I ask for my money back she started screaming at me

    Good place for used Auto Parts Most of the time they have the parts we are looking for was disappointed trying to get lines from there tho.....they cut them all off so no luck on that one there......other than that good place to go and good prices too

    This place is as bad as it gets They had me come over and said that they had my part i got there and it was the wrong one and she got mad at me saying it was the right part i told her that the part also had another kind of cars name on it and she told me its the right part and said that it was a Spanish person that wrote that and you know they can't spell and laugh not funny
