My recent experience with Taylor’s Auto was exceptional from start to finish. I called about a part and the person I spoke with was very nice and said they would pull the part and call me back. They called back the next day and quoted a very reasonable price including shipping. The part arrived a few days later, across the country, carefully packed and including hardware packaged in a separate envelope. I could not be more satisfied with this customer-focused, enjoyable to deal with company.

I found the company online and gave them a call about my part, they said yes we have it but we still have to pullit from the vehicle and I said good that's not a problem, I'll be down there later today, well I never showed up and a week later they called me back and said hey we still had the part. so I paid for it over the phone and I expected it to show up with in 3 to 5 days, well it showed up the next day and they only charged me $5 for shipping! This is a great company with great people! If I ever need another part for rigs I will definitely be giving them a call as you should also, you won't be discouraged I guarantee you that

Couldn’t find van seats anywhere for my kids and these guys took real good care of me. Pulled the seats out and installed them before purchase just to make sure they fit. I am so grateful. Awesome price too! Very kind business. I highly recommend them.
