I found the company online and gave them a call about my part, they said yes we have it but we still have to pullit from the vehicle and I said good that's not a problem, I'll be down there later today, well I never showed up and a week later they called me back and said hey we still had the part. so I paid for it over the phone and I expected it to show up with in 3 to 5 days, well it showed up the next day and they only charged me $5 for shipping! This is a great company with great people! If I ever need another part for rigs I will definitely be giving them a call as you should also, you won't be discouraged I guarantee you that 💯Service: Part finding & extracting

I got in my first car accident yesterday, and I had no idea where to get my car towed, so the state police officer recommended Taylor’s, and I couldn’t have been happier. After being frightened and traumatized, I was relieved that they came so quickly even though it was a busy day. It was a straightforward process. When I got to the lot, everyone inside was so professional and compassionate. The people who had helped me outside were also very kind. I have not had many experiences with tow company, but this company is the icing to the cake of my experiences. My broth was involved in a wreck in which resulted of his vehicle being towed from the accident scene because it was not drivable and my brother had to be transported to the hospital. Due to his late release from the hospital, and the fact that my brother lived 3 1/2 hours away, these gentlemen stayed after their working hours, so that my brother could get his belonging out of his vehicle. That is almost in heard of and very generous of these guys to do that. I cannot thank them enough for their kind generosity. Thanks again guys!
