I don’t know how this place is still in business with this lack of customer service. I purchased a transmission for GMC Acadia 2010 on March 9th 2022 and after spending lots of money getting the transmission installed, the transmission does not have reverse. The customer service rep. told me to tow it to Cincinnati Transmission to have this checked. I asked what is the process flow for escalating an issue like that and the person started yelling at me and and repeating himself to take it to the shop when I just want to understand the process and timing of the events. I try to keep calm and asked if they sell transmission taken out of the vehicle or if they also rebuild transmissions ( because they required to have a core returned) just so I know if my transmission was rebuild and this guy lost it yelling and cussing at me before he hang up the phone.My question is how a used parts store like this is still in business? Did I get a transmission for free or did I pay my hard earn money to purchase it? After loosing lots of money like this, the least I deserve is some information so I can plan around it.I can see some negative comments similar to this with customers dealing with the same person and I do not understand how this person still works there or if he is a co- owner, how that place is still open. We need to escalade more events like this so customers does not have to deal with situations like this

One of the guys that works here is really rude didn't want to give me a refund even thoe he send me the wrong part he said that i probably switched the part. Giving them 5 stars because someone else called me back and said they realized they did commit a mistake and refunded me with a full refund and i respect that.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. F$!k mark, and the management that let's him get away with being condescending to customers. This Business is garbage.

Called to order a part for one of our cars. We are from Michigan. They were happy to ship it to us, and FAST. It was there the next day. Very happy with that kind of service. Would definitely work with them again.

They sold me a faulty Part and wouldnt refund or exchange it. I was told i had 90 days warranty but they still wouldn't work it out with me. Highway Robbery. Thumbs down to this place. If i could give out No Stars they wouldn get any
