I called and was given prices of parts (Fusion - Door RS $175, Door rear RS $100, front fender RS $100); however, Chuck tried to take advantage of me. He stated the door was $450 for the front and another outrageous price for the rear door. I am not a fool, so I took my business somewhere else.

Ordered a gas tank for my Suburban over the phone. Since you can’t ship a used gas tank, I made arrangements to have friends pick it up that were moving to the area. I came looking for what they call & Trunk Retainer/Clamp for a 2k7 Ford Mustang that holds the panel in place and after looking for a few minutes & several mustangs I lucked up & found 1 & when I went to show it to Mr. Chuck he let me get it for absolutely FREE!! Sold me a bad Engine and they don't want to accept the fact that the motor is no goodSounds good but engine will run hot after about 10 min of running and it won't keep coolant in the reservoirThis is not the first time they stiffed me either

In response to Daniel Berglund we don't want ANY customer to feel like they haven't received a quality part for a reasonable price. We do sell used parts from salvaged vehicles so miss steps do happen. Replacement of various parts are a normal part of installation of an used engine however we do not sell engines with the intention of rebuilding them. We feel as if a genuine Ford product is better than a rebuild. By your own review we gave you two more engines (on good faith that you would return the original engine we sold you) you didn't like either of them and as we said when you made us aware that you were unhappy we would refund your money but you said you wanted to keep the engine and get your money back. We require the merchandise to be returned to receive your money back. I am sure that you can understand that business practice. We do value ALL our customers and their opinion does count! We try very hard to make sure that everyone is happy. If anyone ever needs to talk to the owner he is more than willing to discuss any comments or concerns at anytime as we strive to have 100% satisfaction.
