I have lived many different places throughout the United States and I must say this is the worst service I have ever had. If it was possible to rate them negative stars I would. For starters they can't even pick up trash on scheduled days correctly, basic stuff and if you call about their mess up they will try to belittle you and say it's not our fault all this happened as to why we messed up. Then bulk pick up, the pain of my existence, I'm just doing it myself now due to this company's inability to do it.Service: Junk removal

I used to work there I was with them oh about 3 years there is to much bs and alot of favoritism that goes on with that company

Susy is so pleasant and helpful and genuinely concerned in helping to solve problems. She never lost her patience with me when I called. Please acknowledge her for her wonderful customer service.

I was having issues with trash pick up. They kept skipping my house. I called their office and spoke with Suzie. Suzie was kind, professional and she resolved my issue swiftly. I went from being very displeased with the company to being very satisfied. Now they never miss a beat or a pick up!! Thank you Suzie for all your help!!!! I highly recommend this company!

Susie provides excellent service and customer service. She is always very helpful. She makes you feel like you’re the only one that matters. Feels like I have known her forever!

Suzie is awesome and should be promoted because anytime there is an issue about pickup she handles it politely and quickly. I would just like to come and brag about Suzie! I called several times over the past few months and every single time Suzie was very helpful and polite. She has answered all my questions and given me multiple updates about the trash routes and what days to expect them even with all the madness in our world today.
