This used to be my favorite parts store.. I couldn’t tell you how many times I have been there. However my most recent trip there was an unusually subpar experience. I was there to buy several parts for my vehicle. Brake pads front and back rotors LED headlights and wiper blades. The guy behind the desk had the most mundane attitude, opposite of helpful. I knew exactly what I needed, but his attitude was screaming that my mere presence in the store bothered him or something. I had the wipers and headlights on the counter already.. just needed the brakes he proceeds to tell me some crap about different rotor sizes not particular to the trim of the vehicle.. he was not willing to go any further than if you don’t know the measurements I can’t help you.. I just said look no one has ever said anything about rotor sizes or measurements so I’ll just take the wipers and headlights… even his co workers were questioning his finding.. the only reason I’m making this review is because I went to advance auto and they didn’t ask about a rotor size or measurements or anything like that. Told him the year make and model and he gave me brake pads.. that’s it! I don’t know if buddy is having a bad day, or maybe doesn’t like certain people but I think I’ll steer clear of this oreillys from this day forward.. it’s a shame because again it’s the closest part store to me and I used to go often. There are different size brakes for the vehicle I drive but no effort or customer service went into helping me find which size I needed other than him just standing there looking at me
