They did an awesome job. Saved me thousands from dealership estimates and still wouldn’t have fixed the problem. Working me in quickly. Customer service was great! I typically don’t do reviews but they deserve the praise.

I’m a little late making this review but I felt like it needed to be said. Do not bring your truck here for car truck maintenance. They will try to rip you off and have you pay 2.5 times the prices of other mechanic shops. Customer service is awful for two days the secretary said she’d call me back but I was the one having to call her back each evening and they had my truck for a whole week before telling me the problem of the truck. Which after finding better shop and price that shop told me the problem this place diagnosed wasn’t even right and that my turbochargers had plenty of power so this place will try and rob you blind. DO NOT RECOMMEND

PCS automotive is a great family owned shop full of compassionate, caring, and kind people. Thwy helped get us in, listened to the issues we were having with our RV and got to the root of our problem allowing us to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Zack was so helpful and kind, answered every and all of our questions, and let us know what was happening every step of the way. He was very patient, kind, and all around great guy to work with. Everyone in the shop worked so well together and it was great to see a shop who used all their resources and really put their heads together to solve a problem and get a job done right. Our home is back on the road with a new alternator and running great because of this shop and we can't thank them enough!
