I found Beltz online as the Briggs and Stratton main website instructed me to go to a certified B&S dealer to obtain information on a B&S replacement engine. I found it odd that B&S couldn’t answer my question directly but I found the staff at Beltz to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Chelsey who was very detailed, determined and patient as she worked with a B&S technician over the phone. Chelsey explained things in detail and was very courteous and responsive with good follow up and communication.
