Paid for February but they never picked up my trash. Got one message saying my road wasn't plowed, we had maybe 2 inches of snow. The next week they did show up but never got out of the truck...trash still here!

I pay $72 a month for bi-weekly service. They haven’t missed a pickup once, I filled out the online form and didn’t hear back like a couple other reviews say. I ended up calling, got everything booked in less than 10 minutes and we save hours a month from running to the dump. Previous companies I’ve used always had excuses, reschedules, etc. these guys have shown up every time. Not sure why they get such bad rep.

Poor customer service. No explanation of estimated time of arrival of dumpsters. Constantly charging cards for dumpsters but not delivering them. When calling the company to go over company is being completely rude to me. Meanwhile I have spent over $5000 in the last two weeks on dumpsters with them, but for some odd reason, they don’t really want to sit and take the time to explain all of their charges. Then once we have all of the charges figured out the following day dumpsters never arrive, and then they tell me that I’m not requesting them, even though my card is continuously being charged for them. When calling this morning to find out why our dumpster wasn’t delivered for Friday, I was completely taken off guard by the person who answered the phone, and completely disrespected me yelled at me and told me that I was wrong, and that nothing was set up. Meanwhile, I have the invoice charges on my credit card for the dumpsters deposit to be delivered on Friday . Not too sure why hanging up on customers is OK very very disappointed in this company and would recommend no one uses them horrible customer service, and to have the audacity to hang up on a customer when they’re just trying to figure out what’s going on with all of the charges and everything on their projects while their guys that they’re paying for to be on site cannot work without the dumpsters there now for two days I’ve had guys sitting on site waiting for dumpsters to arrive that have not arrived and I am the one getting hung up on horrible horrible company buyer beware.
