I had a hit and run while parked and needed a bumper, fender, and headlight/fog light replaced. SS Auto Body was excellent. I first tried Classic Collision, but they never returned any calls and didn't allow walk-ins. I then tried Doug's Auto Body, but the desk staff were unfriendly and stand offish, unwilling to work with my insurance (USAA), and were very slow to provide a quote which ended up being way too expensive anyway. I tried out SS Auto after a recommendation from my mechanic at Glacier Muffler and was extremely happy with their friendliness, willingness to work with my insurance, and good communication. They gave me an accurate quote in less than a day that was reasonable and quickly accepted by my insurance. They also did fantastic work with my truck and it looks brand new. It did take almost 6 months for them to receive parts but that wasn't an issue for me as the damage was purely cosmetic, and once they received the parts they called and got me in the shop the following week. From drop off to pick up was about 3 days to get the actual work done. Would absolutely recommend and use again. Thank you for the great service!

SS Auto is an excellent company to get body work done. I have had to take my car there twice so far. Both times, I was able to have an appointment within weeks of calling in. Both times, my car was fixed in good time. This last time, though, they went above and beyond! There were stickers on my car that I tried taking off, but the glue stuck to my car. Without me even asking them, they took off the glue from my stickers and the car looks so pretty now. Thank you so much, you guys are so very greatly appreciated! You guys are awesome!
