My experience with Zach at Affordable Auto Sales has got to be one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had. Responses through email were quick and informative, and in person visits at their location were stress free and sincerely enjoyable. Zach was willing to work with our unique situation and provided us with several options for a vehicle that would best serve us in SE AK. Their crew was super busy everytime I was there, but bc of their level of competence and professionalism, I always felt like we were a top priority. The guys at Affordable Auto are spectacular. Juneau is a peculiar place to live and often times customer service is lacking/poor because what is here is what we've got. I bought a vehicle-signed and paid for-and had minor troubles with it-primarily troubles with the vehicle not able to be serviced under warranty at the Chevrolet dealer in town. Affordable auto worked with me for about a week and processed a buy back/trade in for a Subaru that could be serviced in town. The problems we encountered had nothing to do with Affordable Auto. Each sales associate was friendly and easy to work with. A great experience and would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from the guys at Affordable Auto.
