Smoking inside the bay while working on the cars? Totally would past OSHA. Shitty work to winterized my vehicle. Took it back a couple times because the heater weren't sticking. They blamed me and said I ran over something because my front bumper is cracked. No shit. It was cracked before I even brought it there. Trash mechanic. I don't know why its rated so high. People are too dump or not academically inclined to know the facts. 1000% not worth your money. They quoted me 450 and charged me 600. They have alot of cars sitting in their lot that seems to be from years ago. How do people accept this? Just because you're isolated doesn't mean you can't do better. Never having anyone out here work on my car ever again. Waste of time and money. I'm also working on getting an inspector out here because this ain't it. Cheating people of their money isn't how I play.

The team at Ace was fantastic. They got my car into the shop in a timely manner, stayed in contact about the status, provided quick repairs, and charged me an affordable price for the work. The shop owner is also a hoot! Highly suggest if you want solid mechanical work for an affordable price.

We are SO GRATEFUL to Troy at Aces Automotive. We figured we’d be stranded in Delta for a number of days when the wheel bearings went out on the pop-up camper we were towing. We were stunned at the level of concern and speed that Troy applied to our problem. He really went out of his way to line up parts and repairs for us in Fairbanks that he couldn’t do himself. We made it to Fairbanks that evening, had everything we needed purchased and repaired by noon, and returned to Delta in time for Troy to get us back on the road that evening! We thought it must have been our winning personalities, or that were from Nome, AK, that got us such exceptional service (even though my husband was wearing a Bernie Sanders T-shirt!) but when I asked him about the effort he’d made on our behalf he said he likes to treat all his customers this way. Guess we weren’t any more special than the next traveler in need of an angel!
