One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. The lug nuts on one of my truck's wheels came loose and caused my tire to rip off and skid on my rotor. I called Kawika at 7:30pm, after dark and on a Friday, and he was there to assist me in less than 20 minutes. Not only did he tow my truck, he also got parts and fixed my truck himself before 12pm the next day AND drove it back to me. Speedy response time and crazy fast turnover. Mahalo!

All I got to say is…. I’m From New Orleans La and I was on vacation on the big island ?️ I was approaching saddle road and broke down at night and I called AKJ Towing and without any problems they were there within the hour… I highly recommend this company!!!!!

Kavika was amazing! He came on short notice to help load a 1968 GTO, a Harley and 2 large tool boxes onto a 40ft shipping container, after our original driver from a different company fell ill. He helped rearrange items already on the truck, so everything would fit. He really cares about people and does everything with Aloha. Highly recommend!!! Mahalo nui loa!!
