we had a flat tire way out in Poipu. Joe took the call and communicated with us by text. It took a little longer than expected but he was there to us in 90 mins. Quick tire change and Joe followed us to make sure the spare tire was ok. very reasonable price for Sunday service and we left a big tip for the help.

I never hired them, but live near their base yard, which is in a residential area. Drivers speed through our neighborhood at all hours!

Bad company! Worst customer service ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. Got the same treatment just like everyone else. Unreliable promise time, keep delaying and delaying. We called and asked and was told will be there soon. After 5 hours of torture painfully waiting, they called us back and asked our location. They don’t even know where we are located!! Took them another hour to finally get to us...
