Was in a bad accident and had car towed after totaling my car. The next day went to get personal things out of the car including work cloths and legal documents. I had to get the law involved because they wouldn't let me get into my own vehicle! They tried to be pushy and all around terrible business behavior. Made a bad situation worse I would never ever use them for anything. Worst service I've ever seen in my life
