I specifically called and asked for a certain drive shaft… they tell me they have it then when I get there its waiting on me (awesome right) so I take drive shaft to my mechanic and as he is putting it on we notice its not the right drive shaft.smh so I call to inform them about their mistake someone answered but hung right up until close.

The customer service is shitty one of the tow truck drivers almost drove me off the road and I called the shop and the owner want to rudely interrupt me they won’t get onto the driver for not paying attention and on top of that the owner wanted to sit there and hang up the phone on me multiple times

Purchased a transmission for my fusion and the transmission went out few days after the 30 day purchase vehicle sat on the lot for couple of weeks for sale and then It went out. Called talked to the owner and he said he would take care of it and help me out. Well month and a half later still no call. The lady up front who answers was a little rude about it.
